I don't necessarily agree that Dior Homme Intense is a good substitute for the Parfum. But I do agree that 2023 Dior Homme Parfum is every bit as good and as the original 75 ml version. The new bottles do need some time to mature, however. Let some air get into your new bottle by wearing it a few times, then put it aside and wait three to six months. The transformation is remarkable, and what' you'll then have will be every bit as potent and complex as the vintage. I own both, and can also confirm that the formulation codes on both boxes are the same.
Razvan, I love Dior Homme but I never bought Dior Homme Parfum. I do not think that it was ever released in America. I never saw Dior Homme Intense in the USA either. I never bought the Parfum online because it was always too much money. Maybe, I should try to get Dior Homme Intense online. It is priced lower than the Parfum.

Thanks for the video, I've been thinking about having an Iris based scent for too long now, DHI newer versions seems to be watered down, DHP is expensive (atleast in India). Still confused btw them.
@@razvanyke Just bought DHP and completed my collection (not looking to buy anything soon). Now I have YSL Y EDP, Mancera Cedrat Boise Intense (for daily rotation), DHP & Spicebomb Extreme (for standing out/dates)

In Finland, i have actually never smelled it on anyone. Lucky me! I have the newer 100ml version aswell and i feel like the lemon is more noticiable vs the older ones. I think it is due to aging and citrus materials get broken down
Yes i definitely do, i have a 5ml decant from the old batch. While it is more fullbodied and rich i enjoy the newer batch almost as much. In my opinion it is almost silly to hunt down the older 75ml bottle when you have the 100ml available in Europe. Just me though, collectors might argue 🤔😂
Hey, that is a great story ! This gorgeous scent is never out of line, it´s only the others around you which are not used with complex, strong scents like this one. Take care ! : )
idk why anyone isnt mentioning it but 40 knots smells almost identical to dior homme parfum while having the same performance, and i honestly prefer the dry down too

The Intense has nothing to do with the Parfum! It's very different and the Intense is inferior! Not at all a replacement for the amazing Parfum! Parfum is exquisite, rich, beautiful, spicy, fresh, complex scent that you can smell from far and also from close. Women love to smell it from close. I can put it in the same category as much more expensive perfumes like Aventus or Hacivat in terms of quality. The Intense smells like woman powder synthetic, and smells bad from far and will give you a headache from close. Very cheap.

I just wore it today at the office. It was a very cold day, i was dressed very sharp and the amazing DHP didn't seem out of line!

Neata, da asa e, sunt foarte aproape ca si miros. Parfum are o tãrie anume de la nota de piele, ce la inceput ma enerva mersi de feedback 🙏

I really don't get any similarities between DHI and this one. DHP is a deeper richer and all round better scent.

I would never advise to go with DHI when DHP prices are high or it is nit available. DHP is really different than DHI.

DHP has no rose to my knowledge, only Florentine Iris, Leather and Sandalwood.
