Fayrfax Missa "O Quam Glorifica", Agnus Dei (Richard Taruskin and Cappella Nova)

Here is the Agnus Dei of Robert Fayrfax's Missa "O Quam Glorifica", taken from a Cappella Nova performance in November 1980 of the concert called Harmoniae Britanniae. Although the outward constructive principles of the Sanctus and Agnus Dei are the same, this movement seems to be fashioned with a certain fanciful or imaginative element, which makes a nice contrast with the relative monumentality of the Sanctus.
Please note, the pitch wavers a bit at one point near the end. Indeed, Richard's concerts were famously long and demanding, and our concentration seems to have slipped a bit. Indeed, the spirit was willing, but the flesh was weak.
