Magar ek dikkat thi ki andhera bahuut tha aur uske alawa aap ne selfie camera view se tour diya, Kuchh dikha nahi properly. Aap fir se tour dijiye kabhi daytime mein, magar back camera ke saath. Apki society bahuut achchi hai. Baaki workout aap 30 mins din mein do baar walk karo, and also do some basic stretching exercises or yoga. Khaane ke baad 10-15 mins walk zaroor karo hamesha taaki khaana hajam ho jaaye. Stay fit always. Thanks.
