I turned off fps limiter for my NVIDIA control panel for FiveM app. It seemed not giving the "failed to hook fps function" anymore after that (only once tho), but it still did throw a hard error exception and a game crash. It seems that other people still can use EVE on FiveM and others don't. Wondering what those people have different compared to us since it's still working for some. Let you know if I would find any solution.

Newer version of EVE seemed to mess everything up. I can't seem to install this newer EVE, so I was thinking maybe I try download FiveM. I tried to install but it's telling me to log into my rockstar account through FiveM. Which I can't do. What about you? What have you tried?

But since I can't patch the game to an older version to run all my mods and make movies, I wanted to try FiveM for this. But I've tried all recent versions of EVE on fiveM and they don't work. Also the oldest one (0.4.4) doesn't work on there. There's a post on the FiveM forum that states version 0.3.0 would work on FiveM, but I can't download that version anywhere. The link is broken. Will just be a matter of trial and error. Always made my movies on GTA 5 singeplayer, always could patch my game files to older versions, but since the latest Rockstar Launcher update of few days ago, I can't even patch my game files to an older version to run my mods. So yeah it basically all sucks. I'm just looking for an permanent solution where I'm independent of anything else and just always be able to run a stable modded gameplay and not having to wait for newer updates.

Honestly this has been the best mod I’ve ever tried. Many thanks. working on a movie right now to show the otter amazingness this mod provides. One question though. When I export videos, they come out quite a lot more contrasty. Honestly, I love it but I’m wondering if there’s a way to select presets or something. It’s almost like it’s applying colour profiles.
Have you made any updates recently? The mod is making the game crash now. I thought it was other mods at first and didn't want to believe it was the exporter until I took it out of my GTA folder and the game ended up working again. I took out the dlls folder and the game started working again. So I'm assuming it's something to do with one of those scripts in your dlls folder. Hope this helps....thanks for your time.
Hey, I have some issues with Eve. New Version (Eve 0.5.2): When I render videos, overlays are also rendered along with them, and the noise in the video is very bad. Old Version (Eve 0.4.4): This version works perfectly fine and renders videos with great quality, but it uses the CPU. I want to render using the GPU. By the way, I'm using this mod in single-player. Is there a solution for this?
I’ve tried everything but my game just won’t start (freezes in a black screen as soon as I have eve files in my game directory. Would be awesome if someone could help me out with ideas for what I could try doing to fix it

I had the same problem. So I went back to the old version of the EVE mode. I found out that one of the older versions of EVE works for me it's called beta version. You should try that

So for me to bypass this I've downloaded "Natural Vision Evolved" mod, it makes the game look better, even tho the render is the same, the quality of video is slightly better.

I'll post this here as well in hopes of getting a response but basically, I have been trying for years on end to even launch the game with EVE and make it into the splash/legal gargon screen by the very least. Even still however after all this time, I cannot do so and that's even with FiveM so I've found as I have had everything required when I first tried EVE about 4 or 3 years ago or so and still have everything that's required nowadays, including Voukoder but VoukoderPro specifically. Alas, I still get a black screen every time GTA pops up, no error code to speak of to help me steer clear of this issue (including FiveM so it seems), and that all puts me at a loss. Does anyone perhaps have perhaps the slightest inkling as to what's going on? I can send my FiveM crash log if anyone would like me to. I really, REALLY, would like to try this mod out to improve my R* editor videos as this looks to be essential for the highest quality of exports possible with the R* editor but it is just out of reach for no discernable reason. I hope to eventually have this solved but until then, I'll be here waiting until I do have it solved. 😊
Ive been trying for a little minute to get this EVE mod to work. It seems like with a fresh game files + script hook v + vnet, it wont work. Ive tried to install Five M but it wants me to log into the Rockstar Game Launcher. This however is linked with steam and i cant seem to find my rockstar email while im on GTA V. Its a damn shame. If you can help me with the Five M Version of things that would be great.

I love the mod man, I had some issues a few months back so it took a toll on my machinima work. When I export it shows all the textures pop in and out then crashes eventually. I use Natural Vision Remastered so idk if that causes it since I used it before
Hello, any fix for black screen on export? Thought It might have to do with reshade since it causes flickers while rendering, but even with reshade off I get black screen exports.
If you are using the Windows 7 compatibility mode workaround, try to disable it. I found this is what caused black renders when trying to fix Reshade and later didn't need the workaround.

@NightiNerd I finally got it figured out. After a while, it does work, but only the 2016 version will work for me with (5real / La Revo / QuantV) and my car mods. The new versions won't work for me on single-player. I don't use 5m.
@NightiNerd hopefully you can get an update working someday that will work for me but the oldest one is the only one I got to work finally and it looks amazing.
@@pro_ma9 some versions just don't work with some versions of GTA... On the before most recent versions on GTA V I installed a modified version of Eve called EVE 2.0 and it works pretty well, just some random shaking on some shots with motion blur.... It's never perfect 🤣🤣🤣
Hey man, great mod I'm using. Unfortunately even after watching all the comments on gta5mods and watching the video until the end. I always crash when exporting my video. I'm in windowed mode. 1920x1080 like on my desktop. I don't use HDR which could crash the game. I'm on version 3095 of GTA 5. Voukoder is in version 13.4, Microsoft is up to date and everything is installed? The game is a fresh copy. the rendering resolution is disabled as you say in the video too :( Can anyone help me guys please?
It seems to be an ENB issue I tried rendering with TreyM's CINEMVTIC's ENB and it crashed on export every time. Then I remove the ENB and it renders fine lol.

Actually I was wrong, what I did when I was deleting my ENB files was also delete my "dinput8.dll" file by accident, which is used for Scripthook, so all I essentially did was disable Eve, which allowed the render lol. So it seems like ENB's not the problem, it's just EVE itself, atleast the newest version. I downloaded the old 0.4.4 version from 2016 and it works fine.

Previously I had integrated ffmpeg into the mod. But I've removed that dependency and Voukoder is now performing the video encoding.

i usually leave the first 10-15 seconds with blank footage and crop it later in a video editor

Yes reshade should work on exports. The upcoming version (which I'm working on) might actually require reshade as a dependency.

Make sure you turn off AutoHDR in Windows, disable HDR and restart your computer. Otherwise I'm working on it to enhance the compatibility.

My games crashes too on the latest version, but i switched back to 2845 and now my game works (SP) with most mods including EVE. hope it helps 😅

Hey, does anyone know if it is possible to export with Reshade effects ? I saw some old posts saying you can do that with EVE but I can't seem to do that :/

Unfortunately I haven't tested on those, but there's a chance that it might work though.
@NightiNerd I finally got it figured out. After a while, it does work, but only the 2016 version will work for me with (5real / La Revo / QuantV) and my car mods. The new versions won't work for me on single-player. I don't use 5m.
@NightiNerd hopefully you can get an update working someday that will work for me but the oldest one is the only one I got to work finally and it looks amazing.

Unfortunately no. To be honest I didn't know many people are using that. I might add a separate feature for PNG exports in the future.

@@pro_ma9 some versions just don't work with some versions of GTA... On the before most recent versions on GTA V I installed a modified version of Eve called EVE 2.0 and it works pretty well, just some random shaking on some shots with motion blur.... It's never perfect 🤣🤣🤣

is this the same download method for fivem or it will work with both
It's the same file. Just copy it to your FiveM plugins directory as explained in the video and you should be good to go.

Hey man, great mod I'm using. Unfortunately even after watching all the comments on gta5mods and watching the video until the end. I always crash when exporting my video. I'm in windowed mode. 1920x1080 like on my desktop. I don't use HDR which could crash the game. I'm on version 3095 of GTA 5. Voukoder is in version 13.4, Microsoft is up to date and everything is installed? The game is a fresh copy. the rendering resolution is disabled as you say in the video too :( Can anyone help me guys please?

It seems to be an ENB issue
I tried rendering with TreyM's CINEMVTIC's ENB and it crashed on export every time. Then I remove the ENB and it renders fine lol.

Actually I was wrong, what I did when I was deleting my ENB files was also delete my "dinput8.dll" file by accident, which is used for Scripthook, so all I essentially did was disable Eve, which allowed the render lol.
So it seems like ENB's not the problem, it's just EVE itself, atleast the newest version. I downloaded the old 0.4.4 version from 2016 and it works fine.
