Sir, I am from Pakistan, I have a question for you that you are wearing glasses, so how did you become the chief officer because I heard that it is mandatory to have 6 plus 6 eyesight??

Distance vision unaided 6/6 in better eye and 6/9 in other eye is mandatory until the completion of training only. After training, one can be considered fit even if he/she has 6/6 eyesight with aid. I got glasses when I was 2nd Officer 😊.
