Please I need help... My parsun 3200 generator consumes a lot of fuel. For example, I cannot fill 500 litres GP tank with #3000 fuel... I mean, my borehole... I don't know what to do... And the gen leaks oil too while running
For the oil leakage check the oil seal. Then for the fuel consumption check the amount of load put on the generator or the speed of the generator whether is not high.
Is only thermocool generator avr can be located in for this size of generator. And it usually at the coil side. Some other medium size generator use capacitor

It could be the oil seal is not properly fix or the oil is leaking out from the valve packing

Replaced oil seals but still.leaaking ..even at the top of my gen near governor control..any pointers
Check if there is not loose bolt at the block cover or the packing might be bad.

The place where is been fitted have expand. Change the casing or you pack it.
