p.s. this is *so* much better than the Night Circus. I swear the comparison is the same only because of the cover and the 'carnivalesque' title. The magic is there, but the story? SO much better!

Yeah. I totally agree with you. I was really disappointed with the Night Circus and because of that was hesitant to pick this one up. I'm really glad I did. I can't wait for the sequel!! - A
