I’ve been riding Seven cycles since 2016. The first frame I purchased was a Seven Sola SLX that I built up as a fully rigid SS with ENVE Mtn. Fork and wide rims and 29x2.6” tires. The next was a Evergreen SL that I built up as a long distance all road bike with ENVE gravel fork and wide rims with 700x38c tires. Seven is and amazing company that knows titanium and has the experience to build a frame to your personal preferences. I’m only 160lbs and wanted a supple riding bike that truly soaks up the road or trail vibrations. That’s exactly how my bikes feel. I’m not a weight weeny but true the frames are really light and probably lighter than any mass produced imported factory, made titanium frame. I’ll post up a long term review on my channel. Great video! It deserves to be re-posted without the horrible background music, though. That trainwreck that the DJ carries on for several minutes when the host is going through the painting process makes it impossible to concentrate on what the guy is saying.
It just makes no sense that people spend $10k+ on an S-Works plastic frame when a frame like this is masterfully made with so much hand crafted attention to detail

Wow, I didn't realize that welding could so damage the frame alignment that it required making adjustments to the weld pattern. I suppose they pull out a big hammer if all else fails.
Doesn't matter where a product is made. Taiwan does very consistient and excellent jobs at welding, etc etc. Materials in China will the same as the material used in USA. All that matters is what materials the Designer calls for and how well they designed/research the object/product.
Can u make a bicycle which design I will send u...like design of frame I want and test it's fatigue if it could survive long or not...can you do that ?
I'm surprised to see them boring a tube that appears to be clamped with a standard vice @6:41. I would think that would distort the tube and, subsequently, the bored hole.

Measurements are relative - as long as they don't use two different measuring tools for measuring the same thing, it's all good. As long as you use the same air pump to measure air pressure in your tires, you're good.
Yes, that is a huge problem with speciality bike companies with limited number of dealers!!! If that local shop closes down, the next closest dealer of that specialty bike company could be 500 miles away.
the retail prices of Seven frames in Korea are too high. I don't know exactly how expensive they are in the US, but no doubt they are overpriced for its quality-I've seen cracks on the frames several times.
The music on this video is so unbearably distracting. Not only is it far too loud making it hard to simultaneously pay attention to the guy leading the tour, but it is seven minutes of repetition of the same 15 second sample of a beat. Everyone I've shown this video to has had to walk away in less than a minute and a half because it is just so irritating. I wish I could actually enjoy the presentation of the factory. It seems like it would be really cool.

I love the "made in China" dial guage! Nothing against china but they are notoriously inaccurate, for critical components like dial gauges I would go Japanese!!!!😂
