Robb's biggest flaw is how opposed he is to influencing the culture and people around him including his fans. You can tell it really bothers him when people"copy" him or his style but he should just embrace it since it really is a massive compliment and he wouldn't come off as such a jerk
It’s not a flaw, it’s part of the process of making decisions. He make creative decisions to be different.
