GUIDED MEDITATION: COSMIC UPDATE

This meditation is from a session with a client last week, and since it's the end of the year, I really like the direction this meditation has taken. I never prepare for guided meditations in advance. Sometimes, I get a sense of the topic beforehand while tuning in, but that's not always the case. I never write down my meditations anymore; they are entirely guided by spirit or my intuitive faculties.
I apologize for the poor recording quality. I hope that, despite this, those who can hear through the imperfections will still appreciate the power of this meditation. Enjoy and have fun-it was recorded during a Zoom session!
