People want to figure God out, so that they can manipulate and control life to go their way, in terms of their thinking physical brains. It's not usually for positive righteous reasons of equality. The more we try to figure God out, esp for material desires of the flesh, the more we get lost, deviating from God's truth. Only when we are in heaven, we then understand the same as God.

God's rules not mans
God can be present anywhere and everywhere in any time and all the times. God said 'I Am that I Am' not like 'We are that We are'. If we think that God, the father is not able to come to this world and comfort people except holy spirit, it means we are creating limits to God. We don't want to think that much deep because we want religion and want to believe and spread the religion and its doctrines, not God. The pronounces 'us,' 'let us' might be used to show respect to God.
