After being a Christian and having had a very old Bible in very old, hardly understandable language my whole life, 2 years ago someone gave me one in current language. I started reading eagerly as I finally could understand all! After finishing the NT, very very soon I "stumbled" upon 2 Samuel 6 where I read that Uzzah is left with two choices when the oxes are stumbling and about to drop the Arch: Letting the lid of the Arch fall on the unclean ground, or touching it (to save it) which by Law was forbidden!!! For wanting to save the lid of His Lords Arch - KNOWING it was forbidden to be touched - from touching the foul ground God punishes him by death for disobeing. Here is where my Christian faith crumbled immediately as this is completely unfair and just IMPOSSIBLE. God would never repay loyalty with death. That story was CLEARLY made up. And if one story is false, there have to be more. Then I found that next to the OT, the NT was ALSO highly intelligently edited when they made Jesus to be The only Son of God after "the first ecumenical council of Nicea" because bishop Arius' teachings - that Jesus was NOT God - were destabilizing the Roman Empire! If you read about the First Council in Nicea it all becomes SO clear it was undoubtedly the greatest lie in human history. Bishop Athanasius of Alexandria worked for the Emperor and hereby gained immense political power. It's SO obvious once you read it. And once they rewrote the story of Jesus (and Christconsciousness) men would forever need the (Catholic) Church and could solely via them, obtain absolution and a chance at a place in heaven. Making Jesus the only Son God, made becoming like Jesus forever unattainable for us mortals, and impossible to ever become "free of sin". So far, this stuff makes pretty good to sense to me. One obstacle: What has been a great mystery to me, since childhood; Where, how, why and when did it become the big mess that that it is, since we and everything else are eternally inside the "God" Source. From whence commeth the lie that dares to challenge and oppose God? A mind void of reason "existing within in the mind of God," and many others, ready to accept and promote ideas lacking any substance, into grand popularity? How is this even possible in the milieu of God's mind, as it has been described. What motive, to totally misalign ourselves with and within the mind of Source? Where is rationale, perceived benefit? Could there be a folly greater than to endorse and embrace that which is the greatest impediment, absolutely contrary to one's best interest. How could this be explained in any other way than being part of God's design?

I've never belonged to a religion but i've always resonated with the Hindu (which i know little of) explanation that the meaning of existence is for the soul to become one with God and in reality there is no separation. But a human may very well have to reincarnate for maybe 5,000 years before this is realized due to being caught up in "evil" and "sinning" against this fundamental reality. i am a PK. Some of my family are l;eaders in the evangelical movement. I have seen end of life with my parents and my mother is so bitter, judgemental, and evil that i want nothing to do with her christ. Paul is the problem resonates with me. Paul followers jump through so many hoops to not contradict themselves. When my mom dies she will be astonished at the judgement she will receive. She has judged others for so long. She even told me I was "losing my blessings" when my wife had a mis carriage. I told her she was a false prophet and has been turned over to a reprobate mind. This has been my experience of probably 80% of Christians, with only around 20% of Christians bearing any of the fruits of Christ. Everyone else just thinks and believes like Paul - prideful, jealous, bigoted, and extremely judgmental.

Back in 79 when I left Chatolic because the hypocrisy this subject was in my mind. The god omnipotent, omnipresent all knowing , was not in Chatolic church that for sure, they make a god by their own ego . I told this the head of the church in that time, and he knew . He said there’s no person pure at this time . They did not follow Jesus teachings so sad . I told them the new Pharisees.
You mentioned how Jesus death on the cross doesn't make sense. Here's how I view Jesus death on the cross: the sacrifice on the cross wasn't fully the point. Jesus overcame evil (on the cross) with love, mercy and forgiveness while being unfairly wronged in the worst way possible. Jesus was connected to God and loving all the way through his final moments. That, to me, demonstrates the nature of God.

Love this channel such a great resource! For the first time I tried a few magic mushrooms and really did get the sense we and everything are part of God, it was very profound! The connection to earth and nature was amazing. I have a hard time believing supernatural stuff. But while my life went to shit, all I kept thinking about was your teachings and how much better I felt. So regardless of my skepticism, I can't deny that my soul wants unity consciousness. It craves it. What does that mean?

I don't understand what it means to love my neighbour as myself, am I supposed to give them everything I own,do I pay for their food and go hungry or am I supposed to just be kind and if they ask for help should I go hungry to help them do I invite a homeless person to come live with me? I have two dogs that I love but have to give them up because I'm not able to give them the life they deserve due to ill health,am I being loving by giving them up or am I being selfish? One of them nearly broke my daughters hand because they are big dogs and hard for us to handle sometimes but we love them but it's stressful, which makes are mental health worse,they need to be trained but we can't afford it and they are in cages too long because they are destructive and demand constant attention but we love them so what do we do? We don't want them to feel abandoned by us or never get rehomed, some dogs stay in shelters for year's and that's heartbreaking, what does god want us to do?
When I hear we are divine thoughts in the mind of God, I feel like we are JUST a thought in God's mind...and that breaks my heart a little. And when I remember God isn't affected by our sins. I wonder if God empathises with the guilt and pain we feel due to the sins. And When I hear God is love and he cannot do anything other than love, I wonder would he still love us if he had a option not to? man, you've articulated things that i've realized over the last year or two... a year or so ago i heard something in an NDE story that hit me like a brick: *unconditional love doesn't require forgiveness.* imo that sums up everything you're talking about in a very nice and succinct way. if we really took the time to understand that, we would be well on the way to understanding the Law of One. and that fundamental misunderstanding of the true nature of *real* love (not this wishy-washy thing that always looks for faults in people) is what throws the world into turmoil.

Source does not even, have form as we understand this concept in the flesh and here and now. As I have come to understand this over decades of researching outside of religion as well; is that Source is Mind, and Personality, and Emotion, Wisdom, Insight, Foresight, and Love of a Nature and to a Level that we cannot even, begin to understand and comprehend in the flesh and the here and now. Now maybe, sure, Source can take of Itself, an infinitesimal part of Its Overall Self, and make Form out of that, for those Sentient Children within Creation, who may feel the need for that, but the Energies of the Supreme are IN, absolutely, all and every aspect of Its Overall, Creation. I am not aware of any religion out there, which presents such a concept accurately and well. If Source is First and Source is All, then what else does Source have to work with, BUT ITSELF! Correct? But the ramifications for Creation Itself, once we awaken to such Ideas, is staggering, really.
IN SOURCE, We Live, Move and Have Our Being. Outside Of and Beyond Source there is ABSOLUTE, NOTHINGNESS. Meaning; nothing exist outside of Source or CAN, exist outside of Source. Before the Big Bang, if that description is accurate; Source Was. From Source the Big Bang and all of Known, Material, Creation CAME FROM. There was no before Source, as Source Exist OUTSIDE OF and BEYOND, TIME, ITSELF. Time Itself, came OUT OF SOURCE. A MANIFESTION OF SOURCE, for Material Creation. You see?

I've never belonged to a religion but i've always resonated with the Hindu (which i know little of) explanation that the meaning of existence is for the soul to become one with God and in reality there is no separation. But a human may very well have to reincarnate for maybe 5,000 years before this is realized due to being caught up in "evil" and "sinning" against this fundamental reality. Paul is the problem resonates with me. Paul followers jump through so many hoops to not contradict themselves. When my mom dies she will be astonished at the judgement she will receive. I LOOOVE how you present this information with humour, especially points in reference to the war between God and evil. Honestly, when you look at it from the perspective of someone who knows the truth, it just seems so infantile as a story, it’s hard to believe it’s never been questioned by the masses.
I find fundamentalist Christians to be the most closed minded people, totally unwilling to explore and question any of it. You mentioned how Jesus death on the cross doesn't make sense. Here's how I view Jesus death on the cross: the sacrifice on the cross wasn't fully the point. Jesus overcame evil (on the cross) with love, mercy and forgiveness while being unfairly wronged in the worst way possible. Jesus was connected to God and loving all the way through his final moments. That, to me, demonstrates the nature of God.

I don't understand what it means to love my neighbour as myself, am I supposed to give them everything I own,do I pay for their food and go hungry or am I supposed to just be kind and if they ask for help should I go hungry to help them do I invite a homeless person to come live with me? I have two dogs that I love but have to give them up because I'm not able to give them the life they deserve due to ill health,am I being loving by giving them up or am I being selfish? One of them nearly broke my daughters hand because they are big dogs and hard for us to handle sometimes but we love them but it's stressful, which makes are mental health worse,they need to be trained but we can't afford it and they are in cages too long because they are destructive and demand constant attention but we love them so what do we do? We don't want them to feel abandoned by us or never get rehomed, some dogs stay in shelters for year's and that's heartbreaking, what does god want us to do?

When I hear we are divine thoughts in the mind of God, I feel like we are JUST a thought in God's mind...and that breaks my heart a little. And when I remember God isn't affected by our sins. I wonder if God empathises with the guilt and pain we feel due to the sins. And When I hear God is love and he cannot do anything other than love, I wonder would he still love us if he had a option not to? These are my personal thoughts which are of course in the wrong direction...but I don't know how to correct them...if someone who reads this can help, please do.
