Both Booboo and Cameron sang since they were little and Booboo has been doing it professionally since he was fairly young for disney. But they were probably really tired and yeah dancing and singing at the same time is super hard.

Also what you are hearing is Singing while dancing in real time not like pop concerts with auto tune and vocal back tracks to reduce the breathless sounds while dancing at the same time.
