Tekla software have two different software's
1) Tekla Structures for Modelling and Detailing just like in this video
2) Tekla Structural Designer for Design and Analysis, refer this video

Now coming to comparison between two design software's like Tekla Structural Designer and Staad pro
Staad pro is a most commonly used design software in the world,
For 2D design and analysis both software's are same
For 3D desing and analysis Tekla Structural Designer is easier then Staad pro.
