I belong to a stained glass group on facebook and one of the members displayed dichroic glass bevels. He said he made them himself so could you use your film to do stained glass and would it hold up to being soldered ?

Yes, the glass made at the factory will hold up! The dichroic film won't--it's plastic.

We do have Dichroic film, but it is not used for privacy.
