Actually they have to go through the court system to do so we are protected by the consumer law them sending your personal information to a 3rd party is actually against the law and you can use any company for each violation
I received a later after missed one payment say my car would reprocessed if I don't make the full payment I told them give me 2 weeks I'll pay the full payment they keep putting pressure me

I just cried a river, but now I am ok. God is good. Today is Saturday and my car just got repoed at 6am this morning. Monday is when Nissan opens up so I can find out what I need to do. I am able to pay balance owed with late fees. This is my first repo so will I have opportunity to pick up car or do I have to pay whole loan amount.
My car was repossessed I paid it off yesterday 8k and you can’t send a check bla bla had to do three western union and western union didn’t process one cause they thought it was a duplicate so that took 4 hours then Toyota waved a late fee we call with WU numbers says we can’t have it owe late fees wtf you shouldn’t of said that I didn’t ask for a discount that’s on you . Ok so all that’s done and it’s 2pm the repo place closes at 1pm FU I want my car and you should be paying me or I call it in stolen I have the title your the ones who make it impossible for a person who works to get there car another day of work wasted . It’s ours now FU we paid 62k for a 34 k 2017 rav 4

No i dont have to pay if a collection agency got it because the lender broke contract the moment they sold it.
They told me to pay 500 bucks and I can get my car back. Pay that on Monday.

What did you do to get it out ? Did you have to pay the late fees and repo fees or the whole balance ?
