Sobrang naappreciate ko Sir reaction nyo po kasi sobrang genuine at talagang nasurprise kayo. Same reaction po tayo nung una kong napanood performance nila, diko akalain, hanggang sa lahat nalang ng videos nila pinanonood ko. Lalo pa ako naamazed nung madiscover ko na si Pablo is the songwriter, composer and coproducers mostly of their songs, Stell is the choreographer and the Justin is the creative director of some of their MV. And also napakababait nila, polite ,humble and super funny.

Thank you po sa pag react and appreciate our mahalima, SB19. They are a group who are really worth stanning for. They are the new youth ambassadors for the National Commission of Culture and Arts ng Pilipinas and the face of their global organization- Sentro Rizal.
Pablo- the leader, the mind behind all their great songs wrote every song from Tilaluha to What?, Bazinga, MaPa, SLMT, Ikako their latest is Ligaya which is a Christmas song. All songs are great, easy on the ears, relatable and punong puno ng pagmamahal at pride para sa Pilipinas and Pilipino.
Stell - our "heavenly voice". He has s very wide vocal range and usually sings the parts where the range needs to go higher. He also does the majority of the choreography alongside fellow member, Ken. He is very active in Tiktok and caught the attention of the Voice UK artist Jamie Miller for doing a cover of his song "Here's your perfect", even asked Stell to do a collab with him which is something we fans are waiting to happen.
Ken- has a very deep voice which is a unique part of him. He previously hates his voice because it has a low register but little did he know that's one thing A'Tin loves about him aside from being a very swaggy dancer, that deep sultry voice. He debuted a solo single titled "Palayo" under his real name Felip. You ought to see his MV to know what I am talking about. He has launched his own clothing line named Su(perior)Son derived from his last name Suson.
Josh - is the kuya or "hyung" of the group. He always looks out for his brothers but loves to play and prank with them. He is also the lead rapper, also a lead dancer and sub-vocalist of the group. He has his own game streaming channel as his other dream is to be a professional e sports player.
Justin - youngest member of the group and is lovingly called Jah by his kuyas and A'Tin. He's the Creative Director behind their MV's specially What MV which is kinda like his pet project. He's a well rounded person who is w dancer and vocalist of the group. He is very dedicated to his tasks and loves taking care of his kuyas anyway he can.
SB19 is the PPop Kings, they crawled and paved the way to stardom and for PPop to be accepted as its own genre here in the Philippines getting criticisms, bashing from their looks to their music so that the next group after them can walk easily.
They have a notable list of endorsement and sponsors from different companies in the Philippines like TM, Globe Gcash, Lazada, Acer, Dunkin Donuts, KFC, Pepsi, Samsung among others. I discovered them through their MAPA collab with Ben & Ben and I have since been a supporter of their mission to showcase Filipino talent to the world. They were nominated in Billboard Music awards in top social artist category alongside with BTS, Blackpink, Ariana Grande and SVT which won by BTS for 8 (?) straight years
What a treat that this is your first SB19 reaction because they are amazing when it comes to live performances. You may hear the same song and watch the same performance but it doesn't feel the same everytime. They are the Philippines' pride and i'm glad that the government is finally supporting OPM artists like in Korea. They are now the Sentro Rizal ambassadors of NCCA. They have a Mapa collaboration with Ben&Ben and this band version is more of a celebratory feel. Try watching that version because I think you won't feel sad. These boys are very talented. All their songs were written by their leader Pablo. If you listen well to the lyrics, they're inspirational, uplifting, and motivating. Pablo's lyrics are deep and some of their song titles are wordplay like What? for watawat, Ikako (Ikaw at Ako) a song written for the frontliners, Mana for Manananggal - this is a song for their doubters that even though they're flying high their feet is still on the ground, hence the manananggal reference. SLMT for Salamat. A song of gratitude for those who supported especially A'tin (fandom name).
May I recommend Hanggang Sa Huli live performance at Wishbus 107.5? If Tilaluha is about going through the pain after break up? HSH is about acceptance after the fact. Ikako is also such a positive song for the frontliners. Even though it was written for them during the pandemic, everyone can relate to it.

It looks like the uploader cut the parts where they introduced themselves after What? and when they introduced Bazinga and Go Up. But yeah, aside from those smal breaks in between they performed continously. Thank you for listening to your friend who recommended this performance to you because you finally discovered our gem.
