I think we were really lucky with the weather and our choice of places in the north. In the south we missed out on a few things due to the terrible weather, but in the north we saw so many beautiful places - I am still in love with them!

I hope so too - and I think it’s working better than in some other parts of the world because the Sami found a very good way to live a modern life with modern technology, but still maintain their traditions and where they are coming from - it’s a bit like the building of the Sami parliament, that is very modern, but still carries the Sami spirit (that said I am of course no expert in this and only can talk about the Short Impression I got when visiting - so this view is not very objective ☺️)
Those dogs look like they have very sharp teeth and they love to show them almost as much as they like being in a sledge team. And such clear water ! 🇬🇧🏍

Ich habe in einer sehr fernen Vergangenheit schon einmal eine Tages-Husky-Schlittentour in Finnland gemacht, deswegen habe ich mir das mitfahren diesmal "gespart" - aber ich würde wahnsinnig gerne mal eine dieser 8 oder mehr Tages touren machen, die sie bei Engholm anbieten. Das muss der absolute Wahnsinn sein, so ganz alleine nur mit den Hunden und den Schlitten. Ich habe dort Bilder gesehen, und es sah so toll aus. Allerdings ist es glaube ich kein ganz günstiger Spaß... Haha, mein Begleiter war auch im Wasser - er allerdings nur einmal, und ich dreimal, aus Videogründen. War frisch! Haha. Die nächste Folge ist dann das Gegenteil von dieser: Nur Motorrad und Nord-Norwegen und sonst nichts (oder vielleicht doch ein paar Infos, mal sehen...)!

So here is a story about chocolate 😂. I love chocolate so I always buy some for the hangry moments - and I forced my travel Partner to carry it because he has much more space because I am carrying all the cameras and electronic stuff. But then I once forgot to close the chocolate properly, it was a hot day, and you probably can guess what the end of the story was: melted chocolate all over my travel partners bag 😂. So now I am only allowed to have chocolate anymore if I am very nice or carry it myself (way too risky 😂).
Impressive, the truth is that it makes you want to travel to this country ...... by motorcycle, of course. I'm planning the trip in a couple of years. Regards.

Ja das fällt nur dir auf (nein, das ist gelogen, mir auch). Ich habe ein bisschen Zeit gebraucht um festzustellen, dass man auch die Kamera der Drohne ganz normal einstellen kann (und dann noch mehr Zeit um endlich die tollen Filter zu kaufen, mit denen die Aufnahmen jetzt wirklich gut sind ... vor Norwegen hatte ich alles bestellt aber da wir so spontan los sind kam nichts mehr rechtzeitig an...) Also, auf viele gute Aufnahmen in der Zukunft 😂
@@Got2Go Dann bin ich mal gespannt :D Sogar mit ND Filtern! Das wäre mir schon wieder zu aufwendig. Bin sowieso beeindruckt, wie du es schaffst so viele tolle Aufnahmen während den Fahrten zu machen und das ganze Equipment mit durch die Gegend zu fahren. Ich schafff es auf dem Motorrad meistens nur mein Handy und GoPro mitzunehmen und ärger mich dann nachher, dass ich keine schönen Bilder von der Tour habe ;)

I love riding, I love Norway (although I haven't been there yet...but I know I will love it!), I love husky dogs and dog sledding, I love the wilderness, I love cabins.....I would have to learn to ride an adventure-touring bike though because I don't think my Harley Davidson Softail would be the way to go for those locations! 😀

The road is long, the roar of the engines moves away among the trees native to the Sami land. Near the lavvu, Reindeers stroll serenely In a green mantle... Local handicrafts, art, Sami costumes...., native language is present. The happy and impatient husky, wait to another race... Goodnight! Slowly... The book falls asleep, packed with a Sami song..... 📖👍
Really? I love the forest, I always feel very „free“ there - but i guess it’s because I partly grew up in the middle of a forest on the countryside. 😊 But I agree that the drone is adding such a nice different perspective on everything!!
It was absolutely amazing! Most delicious food we had in a while - but I think it was less the reindeer meat, than Christel from the lodge who is an amazing Cook!

We did! Will get to Finland the episode after next! We were super lucky, the borders were just open when we got there (and I think closed again a few weeks after).
Dear Lea ,I wonder if You could compare the BMW GS against the Tenere as allround motorbike in terms of practicality and comfort, obviously GS is a bigger bike but the lesser weight could be a winning point for the yamaha, what your feelings after driving both ? Thanks for Your comment😀
In short: Tenere for long term travel with more difficult roads (as well because there is not so mucb on it that can break), the gs for trips in europe with more easy offroad to the bit higher comfort. I will do some longer reviews once I finished cutting the expidiotn north videos. :)

A tour of Norway can’t be done better than this.

The filming of the river from up high, I guess by drone, surreal, incredibly beautiful. The brown bottom through the clear water can be seen.

Dein Erzählstil ist so beruhigend! Dazu noch die Tollen Bilder! mein Abo hast du :) Nur die Drohnenaufnahmen von der Reise sind etwa merkwürdig belichtet, aber das fällt wahrscheinlich nur mir auf :D
Ja das fällt nur dir auf (nein, das ist gelogen, mir auch). Ich habe ein bisschen Zeit gebraucht um festzustellen, dass man auch die Kamera der Drohne ganz normal einstellen kann (und dann noch mehr Zeit um endlich die tollen Filter zu kaufen, mit denen die Aufnahmen jetzt wirklich gut sind ... vor Norwegen hatte ich alles bestellt aber da wir so spontan los sind kam nichts mehr rechtzeitig an...)
Also, auf viele gute Aufnahmen in der Zukunft 😂
@@Got2Go Dann bin ich mal gespannt :D Sogar mit ND Filtern! Das wäre mir schon wieder zu aufwendig. Bin sowieso beeindruckt, wie du es schaffst so viele tolle Aufnahmen während den Fahrten zu machen und das ganze Equipment mit durch die Gegend zu fahren. Ich schafff es auf dem Motorrad meistens nur mein Handy und GoPro mitzunehmen und ärger mich dann nachher, dass ich keine schönen Bilder von der Tour habe ;)

Great video again and the weather was holding up for you.you would t think it was still Norway with the change in landscape . I would struggle with the mosquitoes though as I seem to be an attraction for them ! Look forward to the next episode .

What a beautiful video! Thanks for sharing this! This would be my DREAM vacation. I love riding, I love Norway (although I haven't been there yet...but I know I will love it!), I love husky dogs and dog sledding, I love the wilderness, I love cabins.....I would have to learn to ride an adventure-touring bike though because I don't think my Harley Davidson Softail would be the way to go for those locations! 😀

Great drone shots. Forests feel claustrophobic sometimes, so it’s good to get a view from above.
Really? I love the forest, I always feel very „free“ there - but i guess it’s because I partly grew up in the middle of a forest on the countryside. 😊

It was absolutely amazing! Most delicious food we had in a while - but I think it was less the reindeer meat, than Christel from the lodge who is an amazing Cook!

We did! Will get to Finland the episode after next! We were super lucky, the borders were just open when we got there (and I think closed again a few weeks after).
Dear Lea ,I wonder if You could compare the BMW GS against the Tenere as allround motorbike in terms of practicality and comfort, obviously GS is a bigger bike but the lesser weight could be a winning point for the yamaha, what your feelings after driving both ? Thanks for Your comment😀
In short: Tenere for long term travel with more difficult roads (as well because there is not so mucb on it that can break), the gs for trips in europe with more easy offroad to the bit higher comfort. I will do some longer reviews once I finished cutting the expidiotn north videos. :)
