Soobin and Arin or "Akkong MCs" are so influencial mubank extended their contracts for 4 more months. Their "Dolphin" performance is the most viewed performance in KBS' yt channel. They're also the only mcs that had their own photocards (it's limited tho). Idols have always been mentioning them on vlive. They literally trend like every Friday, or even just in random cases. They're chemistry is so good that they won the "Best Couple Award" in 2020. It's been more than a month since mubank changed mcs but there are still articles about them trending on PANN communities. MCs have never been THIS relevant until both of them happened. Soobin is so good-looking and Arin is the visual of OhMyGirl so they're literally a visual duo.
(They're both CHOI too! Choi Soobin and Choi Yewon. They both also have a bunny as their representative animal. They're both the introverts of their group as well but still such good mcs.)
I reccomend TXT dance practices, My fav is Their practice for "No Rules" Also the comeback stage of "No Rules" is dope

I actually think TXT has a lots of potential they are the most versatile artist I have ever seen and bighit is literally showing only little of TXT potential may be they are saving for future but if you compare debut TXT to now TXT

And praised by many people even some non-moa said that she almost became moa when she saw TXT interacting with moa in suncheon concert
I swear I am multi but the way TXT appreciate their fans and always let us know that they know our existence is so cute.

Soobin is also in introvert but being an MC you can see how much he practiced and made sure to be more extroverted and being himself which led to him and Arin (akong) setting standards as MCs and making such a big impact…I’ve never seen so many fandoms request music shows to have their favourite idols as MCs until Soobin and Arin came along
One of the main reasons for their chemistry was that Arin was so open-minded and communicating well with Soobin since their very first meet. While most of the female idols are reserved when it comes to male idol interactions, that's natural in fear of fan's criticisms.
I always believe Arin was an irreplaceable half of Soobin and played a big role for his growth and popularity too. Arin even might know that ppl love Soobin more and fond of Soobin. But nobody who came in to watch Mubank interviews for Soobin (like me) can go out without falling in love with Arin (like me). She's such a natural and her accent is so unique and funny which is the main reason why I fell in love with her immediately.
They're definitely one of the best and most favorite (plus my favorite) MCs mainly because of their naturalness and comfortableness. They handled their own mistakes well and also recovered any mistakes or errors from guests in a funny, natural way. They make both the guests and audience so comfortable, that's inevitably because they're born like that. Both of their personalities are so good that their pairing was heavenmade lol, thus we got Akkong.
Even Soobin was nervous in the beginning. So definitely Sunghoon will also pick up. Well he's already improved now compared to his first few days. But the chemistry is something we've to wait and can expect only if both of the MCs, whoever it is, are ready to open up their minds and hearts and stay natural. Previous MCs with such comfort were Mina and Mark , Hyunjin and Yeji, Jinyoung Jisoo and Doyoung. But Akkong became the phenomenon because internet couldn't handle the cuteness explosion.
(Also Minhyuk does resemble Soobin and both of them know that fact. They've even taken selfies together and have spoken about it on vlives)

Akong will always have a special place in my heart. Both of them were so adorable and had created a close friendships and so many viral moments…idk if it sounds dumb but I miss them and these edits on Twitter and Tik Tok showing all of their moments as MCs is not helping at all😭

Soobin and BTOB Minhyuk do look very alike, they are pretty close now and in the past month Soobin mentioned that he sent a pic of Minhyuk to his family saying "Didn't this come out handsome?" (or sth along those lines) and his mom didn't even notice it wasn't him haha, he used that specific pic bc Minhyuk sent it to him prior and Soobin at first thought it was a pic of himself and not of Minhyuk ahhahah

To be honest, I never tuned into any music show just for the MCs but when Soobin & Arin started, I literally tuned in every Friday. Now that the contract is up, my Fridays feel a little bit empty . 😔 In any case, amazing reaction to FROST!! I never watched music bank before mc Soobin and Arin and see the thing is as TXT like to say Soobin is pure, he's kind, he is shy when he meets new people and very much an introvert but he's also real and honest and that's why Jessi loves him because she's one of the realest people ever lol. Added he said he hadn't made any idol friends before becoming and MC so I'm guessing he's definitely made some since like alot of various ages, some of them for sure wanted to kidnap and adopt him 😂 and he's closer with Enhypen and TXT are his babies and BTS loves him. Also Soobin was very serious about his role and practiced alot behind the scenes and of course Arin and him blended well so that definitely helped. I'll miss them they did a good job of making the artists feel comfortable.

I love both Soobin and Arin (the girl mc) as Music Bank MC. Their official nickname is Akong MC. Well some of call them "Choi Siblings" since both of their surname are Choi. You should watch their first meeting (from Studio K) and also few of Akong MC interview including one that they react to their 1st meeting video.
Frost choreo is my personal favourite. Imagine TXT was trained doing hard hiphop and debut with Crown. FROST is like the closest they get to perform like they had been trained when they were trainee
i love the mcs music bank choose, soobin is introverted yet due to him mcing for a while he's gotten so much better. same will happen with sunghoon, we all know he's introverted and shy but i genuinely think he's gonna become such a good mc

After they left music bank literally turned a shade of grey. I don't want to say anything too specific cause Engenes (Enhypen fandom) are a "wild" bunch, but all I'm gonna say is it would've been best if MC Soobin and Arin never left.
I am an engene myself and I think sunghoon is doing a great job ! But I understand ur opinion, and idols can’t keep the mc roles unfortunately
