I just discovered your channel 2 days ago and I've watched all your videos and stocked up on my self care. I'm a mom of 2 toddlers and 1 on the way & just moved to a new state. Depression and anxiety quickly set in this pregnancy and finding myself again was almost impossible it seemed. Yesterday, I took 2 showers (morning and night) and have quickly realized this was what I missed. You and I share that same love for showers/baths as our favorite form of self-care; I just forgot to enjoy mine and settled for quick late night duck baths coz girl... 2 toddler boys got a full-time work-from-home mama stuh-ressed! I use the Method Coconut and rice milk wash almost everyday. And I can't express enough how much I love Doves Crushed Macadamia and rice milk exfoliating polish! The smell relaxes me
Their rose scent is really nice and subtle too 🌹
The dove body polish with pomegranate smells like fruity yogurt. I just recently started using it, highly recommend!

So I’ve just been issuing a wash rag and a bar of dove soap in the shower and I’m like I never smell good, I don’t stink but I don’t smell good. I got a loofah the same foot scrubber a body scrub and a body wash, just used it all for the first time and I feel like a brand new woman, thank you so much for the small things!
Adding that Neutrogena lotion to my cart right now! Lord knows I don’t need any more body lotions/creams because I have enough for probably 6 people but I can’t help it. Smelling & feeling good is one of my guilty pleasures. My shower time is my relaxation time! I loved this simple routine too. Thanks for sharing! Love & appreciate your videos.

That method rice and coconut and dove and dr. Dr.bronner sensitive is all I use. Along with Dr. Teals rose and milk lotion, BOMB! Affordable and works great!

Idk why but your hygiene videos always make my just wanna take a bath and take care of myself. Ok something finally clicked in this video. I use a bar in my routine but it is a chemical exfoliation bar so I was using it during my exfoliation step. But now I realize it is drying and should use it before the liquid. That change did wonders! Yay!
