Respected sir, thank you for the video. My application was complete for July 2022 induction Ireland. (2 years of training first attempt IMM and OET) . still I wasn't called for the interviews. they said it's shortlisted from Ireland who to call for interviews. at least candidates should be called for interviews before shortlisting sir. I can provide you details if needed. (candidates save and spend alot of money for exams like OET and then not being called for the interviews is something the candidate doesn't expect.) Have applied twice to this program and not called for even interview. Know so many others also who dont even get called for interview. Selection criteria is unknown and no idea on who will be called for interview. Total waste of money on giving OET.
I and my friend applied twice for the MTI programme fullfiling all the requirement, and I was not called along with my friend. If you people can't handle so shut this programme at least a person should focus on other pathway rather wasting money and time for waiting for this interview.
Sir in part 2 exam mcqs there is no standardization even stem were incomplete or labs value were incorrect...and paper is not chapterwise and most of mcqs are based on rare disease which are of no clinical significance Sir look into standardization of mcqs as many trainees are mentally disturbed and hopeless

FRCS (glasg) has recently pend all applications of honoraray membership and fellowship and replied that they are revising the eligibilty criteria for Pakistan. Why this matter not taken up and discussed so far.

Sir I disagree with sole dependence on MCQ. There must, must, be a descriptive-type question paper too. Until 30 or 40 years ago we had the best students coming to medical profession. Their talk, dress and demeanour made them proud ambassadors for our profession. Educated people stood out from the rest of the population even if they were only buying vegetables from a street vendor. Now we have teachers and students who can't speak two correct sentences in Urdu, leave aside English. This is despite the fact that our declared medium of instruction and examination is English. In our day we could not think of presenting a case in the ward in Urdu. If we resort to MCQ system, our students would lose whatever little expressive ability they do get to learn under compulsion. After our players and actresses, our doctors are going to be next in line to make a mockery of our country. We don't have to blindly follow the countries whose own language is English (& they don't have to work at it).

Dentistry training in Pakistan is recognized in Ireland 🇮🇪 for their fellowship examination

This is done by them. We just send them CV of eligible candidates
i think to make your CV strong, you must mention your national and international research article /publications; if any. also your dissertation.
