I'm guessing something must've happened to Kyra when she was young back then, that's why when she saw her parents she wasn't too happy to see them. But it's great for Dante to protect her from her father there. Good episode so far Malfore! 👍🙂

i've watched this and i'm terrified of the dark lords magic it felt overwhelming just to be in his presence i bet dante feels like that everyday considering he shares the same power of the dark lord i hope Kyra's father doesn't do anything stupid because he (the dark lord) did kill Kyra's ex-boyfriend so i hope his behaviour changes from abusive to love and kindness

And I thought Bruce's Parents would've done the same thing if both of them would've learned their lessons you would've made more additional more episodes of the leviathan and the shark series in it's first era.
So we finally get to see Kyra's parents. Obviously, her parents failed her in some way. Her father is still abusive even after his daughter went NC for 3 years until now, and doesn't seem to feel genuine remorse. The mother's situation, however, is more ambiguous. We can see that she is feeling guilty about Kyra's childhood. I see two possible scenarios: 1) She participated in the abuse and, after Kyra cut contact, she genuinely felt remorse for inflicting that harm on her. 2) She didn't participate in the abuse and cared about Kyra, but even then, why didn't she stop the abuse, and why is she still with the man who abused her daughter? Again, correct me if I'm wrong. It's not criticism or anything, I just like making observations and predictions based on what information is currently out
