Smart World developers has no Past quality data... So we dont know, how its projects will turn up after 5-8yrs...Construction Quality n all...We all know what happened with other new Developers... So I think, as an Investor or as an End User, we should consider, reliable Brands, who have given good products in past, like DLF, M3M...Even Elan has delivered good products in past and is coming up with Elan Presidential on Dwarka Expressway. So I think instead of Smart World, one shud consider Elan or M3M...
