Mostly in Japanese culture (i think) the surname comes before their actual name and when i searched Dazai's name it always came as Osamu Dazai instead of Dazai Osamu I might be wrong but at least in my opinion Osamu is a more fitting surname then a name

The reason it pops up as Osamu Dazai is that many websites prefer to name it as FN then LN, even if it’s not American. For example, an American who lives in Japan might go by their last name, and is only known in Japan, but they will still have their first name and last name pop up online in that order.
