These items are ranked from 0 to 10, based on how both creative and useful they can be; If an item is really unique but useless, or really useful but lame, in both cases it's not reaching the 10/10 And well, obviously this is my opinion, and i know that you will not agree with me, and that's why i will be waiting for comments! I am a person really easy to convince, so if you think that an item deserves something better considering the design and usefulness of it, you can comment it and change my opinion! In case i change my opinion, i will leave a list in the comments with all the new rankings! In terms of design i didn't liked it, but knowing myself and how the isaac players are, if we find it in a run we will spam the hell out of it to get as much money as possible lmao
You did risk's reward dirty... That thing is like a total 8-9/10 in terms of usefulness AND creativity. q3's are pretty common, so this practically guarantees an easy q4 or two which will really help your run take off since q4s are typically far better than q3s. Even if you don't happen to get one, getting basically +1 quality on all your treasure items is a great buff. Only issue is that it's useless past womb, but what can you do.
Technically you can use it on Womb, but that would require the Crown trinkets(Bloody, Holy or Wicked), but getting any of the three, let alone the 3 crowns is almost impossible statistically speaking
As i said on the video, i love the concept of the item! But the fact that it only works in treasure rooms lowered the points because it means that you have to fight a boss to get an item rerolled once each floor until womb And well, the item can have a higher quality, but it doesn't mean that is something that you might want, like for example some runs where even Tech X or Dr.Fetus are bad items Basically even tho the item can give you powerful stuff, it doesn't deserve a 8 or 9 because it's not like a dice that you can use more than once or you will use it every time you can But again, 6/10 doesn't mean that the item is just okay and that's it, it means that is a very good item and worth taking! But compared to other ones that we saw, it will carry the run less
I think malice seems rlly op, woulda rated it a lot higher than 4 imo but it depends on the i-frames after colliding as if it is short it would make you get hit by enemies a lot when using it

Okay, regarding Horse Paste, I'll give some context to anyone that doesn't know who China is: China *(whose name comes from the word "china", with a lowercase C; it means is "porcelain dishes")* a challenge exclusive playable character, it's only available on the *"Handle with Care"* challenge, where you play as her. She is a female imp made of porcelain or, _fine china._ China doesn't have hearts, instead, whenever she takes damage, collides with a grid item(like a rock), a wall, falls into a hole(by colliding with one); she gets a broken heart, when she gets 12 broken hearts, she dies. Another quirk of China is that she has a chance to get a "horse push-pop" when clearing a room, which removes a broken heart on use (it's used like a pill or a card) Horse Paste is that but reusable
