Patrick your personal story that sparked you to do business is touching and moving.
Perhaps it confirms the saying," Necessity is the mother of invention."
You were pushed to the wall and you had to survive to get sugar for your family when you were a boy.
God bless you and Natalie for being true Pan Africanists

Yes definitely the focus on female entrepreneurs and women in professional spaces is a noble and admirable mission by Dr Nataliey that we believe will bear significant fruit since we've missed them in several spaces for years and perhaps even they have been convinced that some things are far from reach so more effort will enable us reach greater heights while also the men continue growing into this Action Oriented culture as you have aptly called it not as negative competition but to achieve what has never been achieved before together.

Thank you for this platform with you and your lovely daughter. My focus has been Uganda. I am working on a 2nd borehole in a village in Soroti district. My God when I arrived in the city I was overwhelmed with the population of unemployment youth and their limited education. Now clean water for the communities has now shifted to how can I help the youth. Thank you for insight into empowering the youth.

Always enjoyed the youthful perspectives from Dr Nataliey, yes for too long we've been taught not to fail that it's subconsciously ingrained in our minds, so willingly going somewhere knowing you're going to fail several times , pressing on after the first day of gym, the business, the TH-cam channel can be an uphill task without support from those around but I guess that's where grit comes in which was also catered for in these podcasts.

I have enjoyed the podcasts, definitely it does give relatable content on our paths in entreprenuership , personal growth, thinking about multiple topics like mental health, time management, grit , super wholesome. It feels great to now have a Ugandan source of this because yes we do follow lots of stories from the West from Silicon Valley billionaires to influencers like #garyvee and #grantcardone , actually Dr Nataliey did mention Gary Vee in the episode about time. Of late in Africa the closest link we had in this arena was #vusithembekwayo but now we're much closer to home and I believe this will help us tackle our unique challenge. Many thanks to the Bitatures 😃😁💥💥💥

Thank you Mr. Patrick and Natalie. This was real mine. Embrace failure, and don't give up when you fail, it's just normal for entrepreneurs. It builds a thick skin. Then if you get the formula of turning 2shs to 4shs, then 4 to 8, and you go on, you will grow. Not trying to make 2shs to 64shs. You have to move gradually as you learn and keep on growing

Hello Dr Patrick Bitature iam Alinda Edson from the upper Hills of Kigoto Parish Kitagwenda district i first of all thank God for you and i would like to let you know that you are an inspiration to me. I would like you to advise me because i am seriously battling with decision making. I teach in Rwanda and i earn over a million Ugandan shillings but back home I started my small farm which has five adult crossbred cows that give me about 18000shillings per day from milk sales and i am working hard to improve the genetics of my animals and i plan to run the farm on zero grazing bse of lack of enough land. but the management of my farm is completely very poor and in fact i bought a bull from your farm but it died bse of poor management but fortunately it left me with 3offsprings which i am trying to bring up and for this reason i am planning to quit the job and i go back to look after my animals but near by my farm is some one selling apiece of land at 10millions and the only source of money for me to buy this land is to take up a salary loan which would require me to stay serving for other more two years at the work place and yet my farm needs my presence so i kindly request you to advise me whether i should quit the job and go to look after i have already achieved or take up a salary loan and first buy the land and stay for more two years.
