For fast fills across the snare/toms, I maintain the same techniques I was utilizing around the fill, usually Moeller for triplets or push/pull in 4s. That said, I do notice that I incorporate a little more wrist as I transition onto the snare/toms.

Thanks - what technique do you use for fast fills? Specially those who come from the snare to the toms then back to the sanre
