You most certainly can use da knuckles on an ef, i used to have da knuckles on my ef sedan. The only difference was the mounting point for the outer tie rods is slightly different so you'll need an alignment after installing them. Its the dc knuckles you have camber issues with.
I WILL say that there was some weird casting knob on the back of the knuckles thay would rub on my springs in the front but i was slammed on the ground as well lol

Yo Bravus, back in the late 90's we use to get some pipe from home depot,insert it into the shift linkage where we kutt then weld it up, (give back strength) back when LSVTEC was the hottest swap 😂😂

It's not the camber is affected, adjustable upper will solve the camber, of you want to be pimp you get ex knuckles they have the bigger brakes with ef geometry
