Hi Jane! How fun you got to experience a rally. Great way to meet like minded folks who have the travel bug 😂 Thanks for coming along tonight! ~ Rhonda and Stan
What a fun video! We stayed in Kanab 2 years ago (first long trip with our new 2500HD), and we had a wonderful time. We definitely need to go back. Dottie loved the town and wants to go back for a longer stay! Your Grand Design Rally vignettes were excellent. I, for one, really appreciate the engineer's explanation about the frame flex issue. It gave me more confidence when we start looking for a sub-30 foot 5er (i.e., the mystical "half-ton towable" 5th wheel). Dottie can't walk as much anymore, so RV shopping could be an adventure. Maybe next year after I get past a few heart issues. Still, your videos brought back lots of memories of our trip to Kanab, North Rim of the Grand Canyon, Zion NP from the east (that's a superb trip), Cedar Breaks and Capitol Reef NP. Such breathtaking scenery and beautiful country. We'll stay longer next time. Safe Travels and many, many thanks for your great videos! God bless y'all! Bob and Dottie

Great job on this one! We have seen quite a few cyber trucks as we drove up the Pacific coast... Not sure they are for us. I think you would have to charge up every hundred miles or so. And fitting into a charging doc with trailer is probably a challenge. Great job covering this event - that park looked really nice! Thanks for showing us around maybe we can get there next year. We have saw one yesterday here in Lake Havasu towing a pontoon boat! So crazy looking! Did you watch Finding Our Someday’s episode last week where they towed their trailer with one? It belonged to his brother. 😅

Love your videos and the bike rides. What bikes do yall use? Side note, it's cute watching Grand Deception try to save their own butt's at their cult rallies after they have screwed hundreds of families over. Greedy America, gotta love it!
Good morning ☀️ All the info on our bikes you can find in the video description. Thanks for watching! ~ Rhonda and Stan PS This a community of some of the most amazing people we have ever met. 🫶
Come on. You guys have obviously had a great experience but you have seen many Grand Design owners lose their shirts with complete destruction of their rigs by frame flex. Some have received help but some have been dealing with unusable unsafe rigs that have not been helped by Grand Design and left high and dry.
@@doglover8204 can I put a little more perspective on it. Yes there have been some folks I’ve seen left high and dry. However, we are not privy to the whole story. There are so many factors. One example is buying a used Grand Design without a professional inspection done prior to purchase. Folks that have bought a Grand Design 2020 or newer second owner also included have a five year warranty on their frames. Do you think a person who knowingly overloads their trailer and tows a side by side or Harley on a separate trailer behind their Grand Design should be given a warranty? Some folks take there trailers off road overloaded and get stuck. Should these folk get a warranty for their negligence? As I said there are many factor to many to count. Each situation has to be evaluated and a decision has to made. That is only good business. Simply, folks are buying an RV and earthquake on wheels. As a Law Enforcement officer I will say 95% percent of folks overload their trailer. All trailers, every brand have frame flex. Grand Design has been caught and guilty on poor workmanship. However, they have been trying to make it right. I have personally seen them fix trailers at the Grand Design National Rally for free. Part of the perks of going to rallies. So before I would place judgement I would really like to know the whole story. Not just negative stories so I can get clicks on my TH-cam video.
Thanks for bringing up those scenarios. I truly don’t have “skin in the game” but just being a passive You Tube user have seen some pretty bad interior failures due to the flex frame. I am retired and I have friends and relatives who have committed to full time RV living. Most are very happy with their decision. I just saw some of the “damaged interiors” and thought how horrible to happen especially if this was your only “home.” All of these I have seen on YT and usually accompanied with a story of disrespect and/ or neglect from either the manufacturer or the dealership. You are right…… many don’t include the possibility of maybe pushing the limits of what the rig was built to carry. I agree that all should have independent inspectors before purchase. Safe and happy travels to you both!!!!💙
@@doglover8204 we love to promote and provide a positive channel. TH-cam is a great place to go where you can choose what you watch. What we have noticed the more negative you can be the more clicks you get on your channel. Most TH-camr are dependent on TH-cam for financial gain. Rhonda and I don’t depend on the finances at all from TH-cam. We are on a mission to promote folks to get active and find your new adventure. Rhonda had cancer and I had a stroke when working Homicide. With given a second chance at life we try to promote an active life style. So thank you for your rebuttal. Unfortunately there are some TH-camrs gained a lot of traction complaining about frame flex without truly knowing what they are taking about. It’s called riding the wave on other folks expense. The reason why you see so many failures is because the “RV” is not meant for full time living. Hence, the recreation vehicle to be used once in a while. With folks loading their entire home in their RV including their garage! 😂 Then you ask them the simple question. How much do you weigh? That can’t answer because they really don’t know. If you asked me. My entire rig, truck and 5th Wheel weighs 22,300lbs. My 5th Wheel weighs about 13,200lbs fully loaded. The ones that are having the main problems are the larger tow haulers.
Living in Silicon Valley, Teslas everywhere, I've seen the cybertruck quite a bit around town. Ugly, but that's my opinion. They say it rusts. I have'nt done my homework so I'm repeating rumors. Yeah, but no thank you.
Hi Maggie, thank you joining us this week! Cyber Trucks are great! However, they are worthless as a tow vehicle. Maybe you can get 150 miles towing a trailer. That’s a tough sell for RVer’s. I think the Ford F150 Lightning is worse. How do you charge them with a trailer attached? Thank you for your comment. Stan and Rhonda🙏🏼❤️
Stan, you are very lucky 6:29 to be joined in life (I don't use "wife or spouse " because it implies ownership in my opinion) by such a wonderful woman.
Hi Dennis, I’ve been blessed by this wonderful woman for over 30 years. God put me on this earth to serve her. The same way Jesus served the church! Thank you for joining us every week! Blessings, Stan and Rhonda🙏🏼❤️
You should be pride in the ownership of your spouse. I find it weird people wouldn't want to stake a claim to the person they have chosen to spend their lives together.
