Misha exposed the Porsche Hybrid as useless on the track. The battery system makes it far too heavy and the car struggled with high tyre temperature after just one lap of the Nurburgring. The E63 is the best all rounder.

You two are Doing god’s work. I don’t know how you pick between 3 ultimate do it all cars. I’d have the RS6 not because of the dynamics but because of the cool factor. The Mercedes’ doesn’t look different enough from the non AMG Wagon variant. But the Audi with those flared fenders just does it for me. The Panamera is in a disappearing lineup that’s soon to be replaced by its Tycan cousin.
I live in the south in the US and I just put the AMG in comfort everything, and just switch it to manual when I want to play the twisties and it’s fine. Our roads are like a 3rd world because of our government dysfunction. Remove the muffler and it sounds great, lots of room for the dog, kids, Costco, and I can still powerslide out of corners with only quarterly puking from passengers.
I’d probably agree, but being the ugliest in 3 quite good looking cars doesn’t necessarily make it ugly overall. The Audi looks the best with that road presence and stance, the Porsche is prettier. I’ve owned an RS4, my dream car is a 997 GT3, but the noise, dynamics and general hooliganism of the E63S make it the pick of the group here for me.
This channel features some of the best cars BUT its reviewers/journalists let it down. It'd be rude to say they're boring but one could easily fall asleep watching them. Anyways, if it was up to me I'd have the RS6 fitted with the E63S engine & exhaust plus with the Panamera's interior.
A very interesting estate car comparison the Audi RS 6 Mercedes AMG E63 S Porsche Panama Turbo S E Hybrid Sport Turismo. All 3 of them excel in different areas. I would say as the best all rounder is the Mercedes AMG E63 S. Though it will come down to personal preference. All 3 contenders are on top of their game.

I loved my w213 E63 estate. I even tracked it a handful of times. However there were things about it that just didn't quite gel with me. I have since place the order for a Panamera GTS sport turismo to replace it. I drove the RS6 and it was just horrid. I don't get the hype. It's pretty I suppose
@@dinhomashele7203 touch screen HVAC is a no no for me. It's also part of why I didn't go with the Taycan (which otherwise I loved) but it was how the RS6 drove that made me frustrated. It simply didn't behave as nicely as my e63 on a back road. But I am the one guy who tracks everything he owns. I have videos on my TH-cam of me on track in my gt3, macan GTS, and e63. If it doesn't work well at the limit I am just not too keen on it. Nothing wrong with the RS6. It's just not for me

Really enjoyed that review just wished you done a bit more on the practicality of the cars, as this would be why you would choose one of them. I still can't choose a winner for so many different reasons.
I think that while I agree with their decision, the commentators lack the communication of the cars themselves. When watching this video I hope to learn something however I learned what their thoughts were/are about daydreaming buying these cars. I really wish they spent more time discussing handling, exterior, interior, technology, and livability, of these cars. The constant interruption of each other and lack of previous communication was apparent. Autocar, I just wish that you would put in a little bit more effort to your videos as other channels do and understand the engineering of these cars before just saying that other people should know more about these cars than you because they drive on German roads. 90% of the video with you is discussing the ride comfort, which of course is important, however there is a serious lack of information about the rest of the car. Please going forward inform your viewers more instead of giving ridiculous hypotheticals about people owning barns of cars. I live in the neighborhood of people who own multiple Tesla‘s, a Porsche GT4 Cayman, a R32 GTR, a Mercedes E 63S, Classic Dodge charger RT(unknown year), Subaru foresters, and early 2000s Honda civics(A large diversity) just to name a few. You seem to miss out on the fact that a lot of people are buying these estate cars as their only daily drivers not an addition to a barn of cars.

Surely you chose the wrong Panamera ? The latest Turbo S has more power than either of the 2 rivals (circa 630hp) but without the huge weight penalty of the E-Hybrid Not to mention its closer in price too

Tbh I’m not too interested in great dynamics and handling. All I want is straight line speed and acceleration, low down torque, comfortable ride, and lovely interior.
The guys a chav... anyone with brains and class buys an RS6... wouldnt be caught dead in an E63s estate, that looks like the back end of a train... RS6 looks the best, built the best, is subtle, best allrounder... sure its abit clinical, but then you bring out your GT3 if you want a proper track car... plus there will be an RS6 performance that will come out shortly...
A very strange review with design being a key element in all this and feel good factor . Having driven all 3 and bought an RS 6. The E63s still manages to look the most boring and is hearse like . Audi and the porsche design got it just right for most people who want the car to look good when spending 100k plus an estate.

RS6 is an RS6 Default best fast estate money can buy whilst being infinity more interesting to look at than any M5 or its peers in this or any group test 👍 Mercedes are lovely Hero cars but In the company of an RS6 this AMG estate looks like a smacked ARSE.

The smoking tire have been doing reviews with both Matt and Zach and they’ve been great.
They made it boring. It was unexciting and they just wafted about on the road with the occasional b rolls.

I’m currently looking at something in exactly this space and it’s so difficult. The merc has a lot more space but just not really my thing.

Why does Porsche always provide the ehybrid? The best Panameras are the GTS and the Turbo S. The Turbo S would have been a much better comparison.
