Thank you for review and your feedback❤ We are working on permanent improvement of every process we have and equipment of course. You said you would not change a lot, but if you do, what could it be? Appreciate any suggestions of improvements. Greetings from Ukraine 🤜🤛
Thank you for making such great products. I honestly think I would not change anything about the axe itself or the design. I think it is expensive for a hand axe but it's also prettier than most. You can't control shipping costs of course and that also adds up. I should have bought the axeman combo so I could have reviewed the small buckler as well. I appreciate the quality, and you pay for that. So really it's just a hope that over time prices come down on items for our sport.
I don’t look into axes much but I was looking into them after realizing that I want buhurt style weapons for training. Assuming those swords are truly sturdy.. compared to actual swords which can be extremely hit or miss in quality, buhurt tech is super affordable especially if this stuff will stand up over long use. I do wish they would specify things like full tang and peened pommels and such, but I’m guessing they are so confident in their equipment that this stuff is assumed? Idk I’m used to looking at normal swords and usually you get things like what kind of metal and the make up of each piece. I just think they should add these details to their descriptions.
@@caravaneerkhed yeah. I do agree. More detail would be better for sure. Everything for buhurt is usually over built vs a real sword. Since all of them are essentially bludgeoning weapons and not cutting weapons. But I do think smiths should give more information on materials and design.
@ at least we have plenty of footage of people using their stuff! Lol and you have personal experience plus you and a lot of people seem to agree they have only improved over time which is amazing.
@caravaneerkhed oh yeah. If a company's weapons break often they won't last. You can't sell junk in buhurt for any amount of time. It all get used to regularly and tested under pressure
I have seen them but can't find it right now. FYI it's possible with a 2 hander but usually more work than it's worth. It's hand axes I've seen modified for buhurt more than anything. I may make one of those videos at some point.
I bought a long sword, short sword, shield, buckler and gambeson from burhurt tech and I love them all. I have also ordered 2 sets of armour. I would love to see you review some armors perhaps you teams armour.
That is a good idea. I've stayed away from armorer reviews mostly because I have really only been using my one set and don't have enough experience with the larger 'brands' to recommend them but I could do a video on some of the teams kit
I've been watching your videos for the last couple of weeks. So I've been really interesting in giving this sport a try. I've been trying to find a group in my country (Denmark) That does this. But unfortunately I'm having a bit of a tough time finding anything. Is there any kind of websites where one can find different groups for this sport?
I know there are some Denmark teams. I just don't have any connections. You could try searching Denmark HMB teams. I'll see if I can find any info on anyone that I might know
@@Geo-FaFa fair point. I think Canadian buhurt and buhurt tech male quality gear. Depending on where you are the shipping is cheaper for one or the other. If you do order from Canadian buhurt if you message them first that you came from woodchuck knight you can get 10 percent off
Good stuff. Thanks for the great review!
Thank you!

Love your videos, buddy! any chance you have seen a video of someone modding a standard axe to use in buhurt? I would love to learn more about that.

I think the hand axe will come in.... handy
I see what you did there. :)

Thank you very much.
Which model one-handed axe is this?
It's the blood Raven model. Honestly I think they are all great, it just depends on the blade profile you prefer.
To be fair.... Canadian Buhurt sells hand axes for $192 + shipping. I went there after seeing this video, thinking they would be cheaper.
