I agree! I just love to randomly find those perfect pieces in the discount shop that are so affordable and the quality is as of an expensive boutique. Those are the things I get the most wear out of. And, I agree with you 100% that the cost of the gift is not what's important. True friends do not care and true friends express their love for their friends in all kinds of ways!
You are SO correct about the gifting... The pjs are such a cute, thoughtful gift! Why wouldn't you want to give something that will help someone feel super cozy and cute! :)

I totally agree with you, when you know your friends you KNOW you don't need to spend a small fortune to make them happy, just thinking of them is enough! BTW, those donut pjs are SO the perfect pjs for Ingrid! she's gonna love them!

I love that you buy gifts for your friends that have meaning regardless of the price. It's not about how much you spend it's the fact that you saw something that made you think of them. I think gift giving is about being sentimental and thoughtful not trying to buy a friendship with expensive stuff. Great job on the pj's for both Ingrid and Tati :-)
It does't matter what price a gift is and I think you're really thoughtful with your gifts , Fleur so that makes them even more valuable ! :)

I totally agree with you on the hair band thing! I have my hair up a lot and I go through SO many of them! And I find it funny that people would comment on you buying Ingrid a pair of pajamas because you're one of the most generous people I've seen, when it comes to gift giving!

you're absolutely right. and the thing is, with fastfood fashion nowadays, the styles come and go like nobody's business so if you do see something you like you have to buy it right away. whether of it being 2 pounds or 20 pounds, it is rare to find something you adore!

I went to Primark too when I was in London! I picked up this super cute nail design THINGEE that came with this super cute minty color and sparkles and OMG I love it! I also bought these super cute shorts with the British flag on it! Obsessed with it!

I totally agree with what you said about gifts for friends. Who cares how much it costs, heck it could be free and it's still the thought. I can see Ingrid loving those so I see them as the perfect gift.

Even though we don't have primary here, I love watching primary hauls!! I think if I ever get to visit the UK, visiting Primark is on my to do list
I think the gifts that are from the heart & very thoughtful are the best gifts! Much better than just chucking an ugly sweater or hideous porcelain goat in a bag! U did great Fleur!

That's the deal! I have a same handbag obsession like you and every time i switch my bag, i find old hairbands and bobbypins. Even though a lot seem to disappear anyway.

i have some things from primark that i have worn so much. Got a pair of blue skinnys 2 years ago and they are only just getting holes in now, and loads of plains tshirts and vests and jumpers that i just love. primark

Aww, I love this little haul. ♥ At home, I practically live in cute Primark jammies^^ Agreed on the present part, buy what you want to buy and what makes sense in your friendship. Also, you probably even buy other things too when they fit your friend's type that are actually more expensive. Honestly, which true friend would care for the price tag if they receive something nice that matches their personality?!

I only recently discovered a love for Primark, our local one isn't so good but one a bit further away is awesome so after going in there I am hooked. I need more wardrobe space!!

I have exactly the same problem with the hair bands! I have no idea where they go! when I get home I always take my hair band out and leave it somewhere... and when I come back its just like gone! so I buy loads at a time and try to be more careful where I put them!

My mum used to go shopping at Primark Kilburn back in 98 when I lived in London. Once she had a friend visit from abroad and took her there in order to buy gifts for her grand kids and this friend constantly complained about it not being 'London!'׳ and stuff as if..when my mum heard of the Oxford st branch
