It usually happens in the nugu groups. Usually nugu groups expose the popular member more to get more exposure. Once the group starts to become popular, all members will get equal amount of exposure. I remember that April was nugu group before. So I am sure that this kind of condition only happen at the beginning. It will get normal once April becomes more popular.
