I just love any Scottish/scottish themed music - I love the bagpipes and of course piano! I felt like I was in the highlands of scotland listening to this! I just love all scottish music - my favourite is "flowers of the forest". This was a truly spectacular performance

I think it's the kind of piece which a Grade 7 candidate could play, but a Grade 8 candidate could easily explore the interpretational side of the piece in much more depth. It's a beautiful piece so it's worth learning even if you're not planning to play it for an exam!
I really wish I was doing Grade 8! This is my favourite piece out of all trinity pieces for me - Amazing playing!
You don't need to be doing Grade 8 to learn this piece! It's a wonderful piece, one of my favourites too!
