Most of Sauron's servants are Orcs and Trolls, Wraiths, or Wargs and Werewolves, but there were many races of "wicked Men" that were represented in his armies. But why did these Men fight for the Dark Lord, and his chief agents? What had lured them into his service? Was it greed? Pure savagery? Or was it something else?
In Part I, we shall focus on the Easterlings of Rhûn and the Southrons of Harad.
