Love your ambitious plans for next year. That’s a lot of stitching. Glad the move went well apart from the injuries!!! Really enjoyed your new house tour as well. Take care and happy stitching 🧵🧵🪡🪡
Love your plans! There is no way I could do that, but you always inspire me to be more ambitious. 😁❤ All your WIPs look great and I cant wait to see your progress. Hope you heal quickly. Happy Stitching! Be Safe!
Hello sweetheart ❤️. Love your plans. Ambitious yes but that is you and you are a fast stitcher so I see a lot getting done next year. It will be fun watching you work on these and get the numbers down. Thanks for sharing and can’t wait to watch you start❤️. Take care, stay safe and happy stitching always ❤️
Wow, nice home you've moved in. Enjoy it! And it was nice to see your many projects again. You've given yourself some tight plans for 2025 to finish those 25 projects.... Looking forward to seeing your progress 🥰
I'm so glad you are moved. I love how light and airy it looks. 25 in '25 sounds like a great plan but since i failed at 24 in '24 I had to come up with a new plan. I've got six projects chosen, which means during the year, i can work on each of them for 2 months each. I made my goals reasonable for me given my busy schedule; I'm just planning on pages to be done. I don't think I will finish any of the 6 completely, but I will get them closer to a 2026 finish. I so look forward to seeing your progress as you finish up some of your projects. It will be a very exciting year. I hope you heal quickly from your moving injuries. ❤
I'm glad you're settled into your new house. I'm looking forward to seeing how much you manage to get done next year. I signed up for the 2025 Haed Sal and plan on doing the Across the Pond's Facebook group Sal. And I'm celebrating my 60th birthday next year with a year of starts. Have a good week
Thank you for the video. You have survived the move that is very important, now try and stay put a while so you can stitch and enjoy yourself. That is a lot of stitching planned for the next while it is time to slow down and enjoy yourself until Christmas.
I can see 10 of those getting finished, but all 25 seems like a gargantuan feat. Good luck getting a pile of progress and a bunch of finishes. I’d save the pumpkin bird for a month or two so you can get a pile of progress on the less finished projects, then endorphin rush from pumpkin to get the finish mojo going. The native one looks like a good candidate to nibble away on, then when you need another endorphin boost, bam! he’s ready to go. Wolves on the rocks look like another good candidate for the endorphin rush of a finish. Lighthouse looks like a good candidate to get a full coverage finish burst of endorphins. So that’s 2 full coverage (or near full coverage) totally achievable finishes. 1 of the HAED ornaments I have absolute faith in a finish. One of the tiger kits would be totally achievable to get you to 6. After those 6 are done, it’s anyone’s guess what might be next. I predict one of the monochromatic pieces will get finished (probably stitching Jules tiger), another kit will get done so there’s 8 leaving 2 up to chance of what calls more strongly. Deer creek since you enjoy it is a high possibility for a finish, the tiger gift for a friend seems like a decently high priority piece. And at least 3 other full coverage pieces will hit 50%. This isn’t not having faith in your needle flying, this is considering a lot of dark fabric, life throwing surprises at you and the possibility of squirrels distracting you to pivot to pieces not in the chosen 25.
Wow you have a lot of projects that you want to get done next year. I think I would focus on the small Dimensions Gold Petites Kits first because they look small to me but I did hear that it could be rough to do with all the different floss sizes. I like that your projects are all on different fabrics. Hope you feel better from your injury's during your move. Happy Stitching.
Hi Darren! Your new home looks like a dream. Hope you are enjoying it so far. Hopefully you won't have to move again for a while. Moving is such a pain. Very ambitious plans for next year...good luck with that. Glad your scans came back okay. Take care. Dawn in Texas
Really enjoyed the visit this morning in your new house Darren...the lighting in it is Great and glad that the air con works better for you guys. Love your plans for next year and will be cheering you along. For the rest of this year or before you fly out for the UK why don't you just work on your brother's project....you were getting Awesome progress and the more steadily you work on it the more it will flow and your progress will go up....speaking from a monogamous stitcher, lol. Anyways...try to stay away from Shane for a bit...seems he is out to get you 😂. Looking forward to our next visit...stay safe and happy stitching 🥰
Hi Darren Glad that you guys got moved in to your New House. Sorry to hear that you got hurt though. Love your WIPS and hopefully you will be able get some of them finished in the New Year. Take Care & Happy Stitching ❤️🤗🧵🪡🧵🐾🐱🐾🐾🐱🐾❤️
Gotta love when the S/O's are sneaky... lol! My husband and I always joke when I hurt him accidentally I'm after the insurance... 😂 Ambitious plans you have, but I have faith we will see at least a few nice finishes next year. ❤
You'll have to be more careful around Shane. Maybe sleep with one eye open, too! You've definitely given yourself a challenge for 2025. If you quit your job and have Shane take care of you, you'll get lots of stitches in each week! Take care!
Your new home looks lovely and bright Darren😃. I hope you and Shane will be able to happy there a long time. Would you consider doing something like Kel does? Perhaps 2,500 on each or 25% of either the total amount or what you have left to do. (Well the ones on PK). If it works out a little less.We all know life gets in the way sometimes. Love the projects you have chosen to take through to 2025. Sounds like you need to steer clear of Shane for a while lol.🤕. Take care of yourself 🤗🇬🇧
Is Shane the beneficiary of your life insurance? 😉. Love seeing all your projects, and really love the 2025 goals.. albeit lofty..you set for yourself. It'll be exciting to see your progress throughout the year.
You're in the wars. Be careful. Lucky he didn't injure your stitching hands...lol. Go big or go home. That's what I think. I'm glad you and the cats love the house. Happy stitching. 🧵🪡🐈🐈⬛🐈🐈⬛
How much does Shane get in your will? Maybe change your beneficiary? Lol. Are you doing a rotation like Kelley does? She gets a lot done that way. I am glad the cats like your new place. I hope you can stay here for a while.
Are you planning to use a system like debt reduction? Like finished one and then move on or are you going to work on a lot of projects a week to get them all closer to a finish? Good to have goals but to make them achievable you need a plan
Always good to c ur video. Ur next year projects r stunning. I just started my first HAED and it’s a big one. I have 2 cats and 2 large dogs and they shed terribly. How do u keep the cat hairs out of ur project? I spend hours plucking the hard out. Happy Stitching🦃✂️🧵🪡❤️
Your new house looks great! You are so brave working on that ornament ECC on non-gridded fabric. 😮
You get so much done. Wow. I only got one project done this year. I love your big cats projects. Be blessed. Keep stitching 😊❤😊

Tell me about it they’ve been around too long lol
Your new place looks amazing, you’ll have lots of wall space to hang up your projects.

Hi Darren, Just wondering where you got your Afghan fabric from. Love watching your videos. Glad you finally found a new home.
So many fabulous projects, I wish you luck with finishing as many as you can

What about the cheetah and cub I think is called Tenderness?
Are you planning on working on each of these projects every month or will you prioritise some?
