Max thank you for this informative video! Could you please tell whether ManyChat can react on admin’s messages? For example, after the client sent his/her details in chat, admin approves it (by sending message “approved”) and ManyChat waits for admin’s approval …. Could you explain please ?

Hey Alvin! I guess you could create a sequence that sends out a flow every day with a button that links to the next PDF in the same way as I explained in this video with coupons. So instead of a coupon, you share a PDF. It's also possible to dynamically add the PDF file into the conversation, but that's slightly more complicated, and you can't track that way who is actually downloading the PDF. Does that make sense? 🙃
Hi, I have a problem with "Get Row By Value" - I setted up integration with google sheets and it is looking and finding values in Lookup Column, but do not not change it in Manychat the user fields, insted just changing it to "Valid". Do you have any ideas how i can fix it?

Manychat is taking the style of the first row and applying it to all of the google sheet entries which ruins the entire style of the sheet especially if you have it styles to look like a table
