Teams are getting better (Curry clones), those stat lines (blow outs) are not something to be done easily anymore. There is also the issue of the reffing to contend with.

This is what a starting 5 lineup should look like. At least 3 players that can combine for 60 points. Klay needs to come off the bench because Kuminga and Wiggins are figuring out how to play together and Klay is completely messing up the pecking order. I grew up with in the same era but people who say this fail to mention how the basket is wide open because the floor is spread with way more shooters instead of two bigs in the paint. Giving up 2 looks ugly but giving up 3 is worse

Let's not forget that he was our second best player in those playoffs and if it wasn't for that unbelievable game from Steph against Boston I think it was game 4 it almost looked as if Wiggins was giving Steph a run for his money for the finals MVP. Wiggins value to this team for what he's capable of because we've seen it before is far greater than what we can get for him.
