i saw The Kooks live like 2 years ago and met Alex Nunez after the show and i told him that loved Golden Silvers and he was like no way like he was shocked....i really miss this band brings me back...
I see a lot of comments about the guy with the red coat....He was my next door neighbour when he was a kid.One of the nicest, kindest people I've ever known, only a matter of time before he's a major star.
This performance has inspired me to continue with my music. Got my first gig with a band at Good Noyz festival this weekend and this sort of music is why I'm excited about performing!
If you have enjoyed this, know this. Sharing this video and allowing others to enjoy it too, is how WLT works. Imagine if everyone who had watched this, shared it with just a few other friends... After all, you put the T in WLT.
He looks so fucking hungover. I wish him all the best with his new career though. The album version of this song I can take or leave but this version will be with me till the end. It's so beautiful. Thank you WLT for investing in great recording equipment - the sound quality is superb!
Wise advice! Hey could I come work for you please? I'm good with cameras, editing and I'm passionate about music. Hard worker and driven, just need to be given a chance. Been a fan of your channel for ten years now at least, since I was a kid. Would be a dream come true!
@@samskuse I think its a common misconception that WLT is bigger than what it is. It's just me. camera, sound, edit etc. I like that it is that intimate and encourage others to make stuff on their own. It's great to work in groups and it can be extremely beneficial, but you can also do a great deal on your own.
Oh no I knew it was just you! Just thought it might be handy having another pair of willing hands to help at some point. Totally understand wanting to work alone as well though. If you ever need a temp though keep me in mind? 😁
I like it. The harmonies are heavenly. I would have tamed the clapping a bit, but otherwise excellent performance. Their look is from somewhere in time. I can see these guys being famous, many years from now. I think it's the similarity to The Beatles, because of the accent and the progressions and choice of harmony. Very cool!
@JDayization I'm pretty sure it's a Canon EOS 5D. And you're right, the video is of such an awesome quality, I would even watch it if the music sucked. Mmh but the song is so nice too!
I agree. Them and The Mystery Jets deserved much better. Both much better bands IMHO. Never understood how stations like radio 1 weren't giving them exposure like they did others.
This song makes me nostalgic so much for these times, 12 years just flys and so much has changed...
doesn't it
I’m in the states and found these guys on Pandora…they’re so good. I haven’t heard anything from them in years
Same 😭 I love WLT so much
Insane man. Shoots you back real quick .. it makes me feel almost an uneasy but settling feeling

Fantastic. Such a great sound from such a simple set up. Will share with everyone!
once it started i could stop it !!! brilliant !!
they're pretty amazing. not many guy bands or just bands in general harmonize nowadays. i love this. =]
2:55-2:57 Loving the tongue work from the lead singer :)
i like the other bands but this is the GREATEST performance from watchlistentell
Love what you're doing. Keep the good bands coming
The lead singer has a very 60ish sounding voice and so is the guitar rhythm. Reminds me of one song in particular but I can't think of it.
i just love the singers hair!:) completly awesome...
this era! big love from indonesia ❤️
3:13 a guy walking next to them. The Golden Silvers :"But, of course, we all know:
These things just come and go."
I think the coolest song i've ever heard !
I like this version much better than the recorded version. It's got that nice 60s bebop vibe.
I love this song!!
absolute genius quality.
these guys are magnificient in every way possible
Totally saw the lead on a burberry add in Vogue!!! They are sooo awesome :)

You can hear The Beatles' influence.
Very clever! I enjoyed i
i love this band!
lovely song!
I couldn't help thinking that if the Golden Silvers are still together, they could be bigger than the Bastilles now.
I agree. Them and The Mystery Jets deserved much better. Both much better bands IMHO. Never understood how stations like radio 1 weren't giving them exposure like they did others.
Reminded me of my best sweet young time. 😁😁
