I feel like we didn’t get a lot of coverage of Tara and Ryan in this final episode which is a tad disappointing but I’m so proud of them and happy for their wins! 🎉
Thought it was just me 😢. It’s great to see people achieving their dream of winning gold medals, but the reality of most athletes is reflected in Allie Wilson’s story. What’s most important is how you bounce back. We’re rooting for you, Allie!

You could easily miss a flight, costing you stress (cortisol), a good night’s sleep, and 100-200 points at your National or World Championships. Nafissatou is a beast; don’t help her.
