The green eyeshadow is looking perfect on you 😊 I’m so sorry to hear about your brain surgery, I have been listening to your earlier post 😢 Though it seems to go well, it will take time and remember time works for you. You have to be patient. Have you ever heard of EFT? It is tapping exercises, small light taps around the body. It calms your nervous system, it's the vagus nerve, a cranial nerve that you calm. I use it a lot myself when my head won't shut down at night, which is quite often. I've learned to do the exercises by heart, so I do them when I'm waiting for sleep to come. But it's not just good for sleep, it's good for calming down in general. Maybe it's something for you? If you want to try it, I can recommend this one from TH-cam; Lauren Fonvielle - EFT for sleep.
