It depends on the usage & temperature you want. But if you're using your ac 24/7 always keep the temperature 25 to 27 degrees. Or You can use Auto mode, ac will maintain work according to requirements. Try to close all vents 100 percent & openings.

Look closely on the remote. Find a small slot as if you can only use a ball point to insert to it. If it has this small slot, this is the reset button. The clock would reset, the timer would be off and you can change the mode to cool for the unit to run on a/c mode. In some remote, this could be inside the battery compartment. In some style where there are flaps that you open in order to activate some more buttons, then it would be inside . If there is no reset button, you will just have to press the timer button repeatedly until the timer LED on the indoor unit would dis appear. Let me now
On the app it shows in Chinese two symbols on that remote to put the unit in app mode any chance someone knows which buttons . I have other samsungs which use a different remote which all you need is the timer button for 3 seconds puts it in the app mode
