Not to mention the great reminder to improve 1% of yourself on a daily or so and you'll eventually become a greater indiviidual.You brought up a great idea on how to shop for a few items at a time at Whole Foods instead of giving them all your coins at once. I like Sprouts for fresh fruits and veggies. You looked amazing on your dates!! Looking forward to more of everything you share!
I had a friend who worked at Whole foods and it's not as good quality as they portray. She said regular food put with organic signs. 😢 I was not happy. I buy certain stuff I like and that's it. ❤

I feel the diabetes thing on a DEEP level… I love chocolate and bread but it don’t love me or my family 🥲😂 But I learned this trick that helps stop blood sugar spikes. Try 1 TBSP Apple Cider Vinegar diluted with water before each meal and it helps keep your blood sugar regulated.
Thanks for the motivation about ADHD btw. It is le struggle but we defeat ourselves when we use it to justify bad habits. We got this. ❤

Sprouts Farmers Market, open year round. The fruit is seasonal. They have everything including meats. I love them.
Thanks for the journal inspiration, I needed it! Find a good Kroger or Sprouts near you, it's cheaper than Publix. Have you ever tried chicken or turkey sausage and bacon as an alternative to pork? I used to love the Clarins handcream.

Try to go to s farmer's market. And gather some friends and family to buy a cow or whole chickens and divide it up. Save tons of money. Plant you own herbs and canning.
