Yes for sure. I remember back in the day councils across Zimbabwe had what they called "Green belts" that were illegal to clear, burn or chop trees down. I suppose anything goes these day its the me me me generation.
I am very lucky to call Zimbabwe 🇿🇼 home, Crowhill is beautiful n the views/images are stunning. Looks like an oil painting. Beautiful houses are the holy grail of contemporary living in Zimbabwe 🇿🇼, amazing ❤️Thank u Mr Zim 🇿🇼 real people are so inspiring n your videos are always a gift to us
Happy to see this episode. I never knew this place is this beautiful from an aerial view. Thank you. Happy to have a property in this community as well.
Lovely video Mr Zim. The area looks good and the aerial shots are getting better. I like a healthy mix of drive-by clips and fly-by ones like the Brookeview one ( my hood ) but this place has great potential. Thanks again for showing us Zim developments.
It's still developing so a lot of people from the diaspora donot like buying from the cheaper new neighbourhoods just because it's still developing. If you have anyone who grew up in Zimbabwe marocation especially young couples and people who want to upgrade established from the village make it your job to tell them about these places.
Please do villages like outskirts of Plumtree. I hear there are some beautiful homesteads going up because of the SA influence as in from far back the great trek to look for jobs was always to go Egoli.
@Lawrence Ushamba. They are equally good a have their own unique qualities. The distances from CBD may be similar. But I see need for better roads development in Crowhill but am not sure of Norton on that score.
I don't trust properties without being fully serviced like that one. How can they allow people to build such kind of houses while they use gravel roads? Is sewer even established?
Hi bro I have some electric scooters it would be fun to connect with you I would like to start doing site tours around various places in harare.lets connect
This is rubbish , absolutely the wrong way of doing things, roads, sewer , electricity, should be done first, what guarantee do u have that roads will be there ? Don’t be fooled
We need serious tree planting campaigns in these areas
Yeah, thank you, when we change nature, we change the climate.
Throw lots mangoe seeds ND other trees around

Absolutely
kkkkkk please Trees and more Trees
The views are absolutely stunning, I hear they are now constructing roads? If that's the case those stands are going to shoot up in price. Invest now!
So professional thanks regards Andre

Where is crowhill or where is it close too PSE. X
Close to Borrowdale
Next to greystone park or borowdale brooke
They should dig a dam to catch rain water.
Are they also building Malls in these areas?
yes, there land set aside for that.

what happened to our education status imagine buying undeveloped land for 10k thats robbery

They said they will build roads when people are done building, so trucks don’t damage the roads.
It's a rural district for now under Goromonzi, so the requirements are a bit relaxed, though tarred roads will eventually come
West Africa style 😜
@Gift Marimo. The plumbing system is septic tank and borehole. For the kind of money mentioned, I think it's still a good buy.
Where exactly is this place
behind Crowhill
Please mr Zim tour Bulawayo as well
I cant wait to tour Bulawayo. I am still to do midlands as well
