Accoeding to the textbook, the answer might be wrong but I am convinced by the argument you presented in the beginning of the video UPDATE :- I wrote a python program to display the number of such arrangements and it gave the answer as 36000, and i asked chatgpt as well and it gave the same answer
No the answer is absolutely right I have seen that all the you tube channel and sites that prepare students for competitive exams have done the question with the wrong method and their answer is 36000 which is absolutely wrong The method they are applying will be considered as right only in the case of 2 vowels

why can't i subtract the total arrangements of 3 vowels together and all arrangements of 2 vowels together ? so 8! - (6!3!)- (7!*6)
