I killed so much time relaxing, sitting in front of my collection; cleaning and dusting, piling up and rearranging all the titles... so watching you clean those old carts, it triggers those comforting memories in me and calms me tf down. Your gentle voice and feminine way is the cherry on top. I love it so much! Thank you so much for always including a segment in your videogame vids. Oh and the Sega genesis boxes are the best because they sound exactly DVD cases when you handle them💯

SNES was my childhood. One of the best libraries of any console in history. So many amazing games: Donkey kong 1-3, Star Wars 4-6, Super Mario World, StarFox, NBA Jam, Mario RPG, FF3 (6), Chrono Trigger, the list could go on. My personal favorite would have to be a link to the past.

As far as the error with the gameboy the issue isn't with the game itself but the contacts. Notice how the Nintendo Logo was Blacked out when it wasn't working? This is because the gameboy looks for the Nintendo logo inside the game to prove it's a licensed game, if not it simply won't get past the gameboy screen. Modern Vintage Gamer has a great video detailing this if you're interested! Great video!

When i was a kid i rented chrono trigger from blockbuster and i used small needle nose pliers to take out the screws and open the cartridge and i switched it with sim city that i had and returned it,i never heard anything about it but somewhere in the world is a snes sim city that is actually chrono trigger,someone stole all my snes stuff years ago

I not sure if melting is really good for health. After watching this video I had to use a sponge to get my right foot back, then put it in the freezer to give it some rigidity before trying to fix it back to my leg...I mean that's a lot of work and efforts.
Another great trip to the game store. I always forget how boxy (and ugly IMO) the US SNES was compared to the one we got in the UK (which was styled like the Japanese Famicom). Still had to blow in the cartridges though!
This video reminds me of the Nintendo training videos they sent to store owners back in the 80s. There is this one guy that brings in a Nintendo and complains to the clerk " it doesn't work!" And the clerk is like "did you plug it in? Did you put a game into the console?" Lol it's so cheesy but sad because I bet some parents in the 80s hasd no clue how to turn on or even know you had to plug in the Nintendo and those poor shop owners had to deal with it.
