The Wernicke's area responsible for interpreting the " information " of the speech , words , .. But the secondary visual area is responsible for identification of the " shape or structure of the word " just like the Secondary auditory area that believed to be necessary for the interpretation of sounds, and the information is passed on to the sensory speech area of Wernicke That's what I know ...
1) rupture of middle cerebral artery (cortical branches) that supply upper portion of precentral area. 2) dysfunction of somatomotor area due to tumor in precentral gyrus then in paracentral gyrus that leads to complete paralysis.
Countralteral hemiplagia on the right side May be due to left MCA rupture Countralteral paraplagia on the right side The tumor compresses the paracentral lobule on the left side
