During my 3 hours travel for work this morning, in blistering heat of southern California (100+°F), I was thinking about our result vs RM when I saw your post. I played the video and listened to the audio through my vehicle speakers, which I quickly turned up loud. The songs and chants from the green brigade and all of our support blasted through my speakers and I sung along as if I were there with you all. I felt the chill on my skin as if I were in the winter cold. I really, really appreciate you sharing these insights with us, as one day I hope to join in person. Hail Hail 🍀
From a Madridista (Real Madrid fan), very impressed by the fans and atmosphere, one of the best atmospheres in the world, and very impressed by the respect Celtic fans showed, and the friendly and warm welcome to Madrid fans outside the stadium, and the way Celtic and Madrid fans respected each other to the maximum at the end of the game. A 10/10 stadium, not to be compared with any other stadium in Europe. Hala Madrid and COYBIG! ⚪🔵 🍀
It was a nice touch that our fans clapped at full time just to say that the score line doesn’t matter, they done their best and that’s all that matters

If we had just palmed those balls away with both hands instead of holding our hands behind our backs they’d of got no penalties , what a team we are 🇮🇪

@@sgl4454 yes but generally the fans will get behind you if you the teams are putting the effort to please the crowd. If not then they’ll let you know about by whistling and jeering. In U.K. the culture is more getting behind team when it’s not going well. It’s just cultural difference. Not about one is right and the other is wrong. And I love the Seville derby. It’s one of the games I most look forward to in La liga. The atmosphere is incredible
