🧘♀️ 🪴 I would think about putting a little meditation/zen/yoga area on that balcony! If you have a small patio table, you could also fit an outdoor rug and still have a nice comfy space. If I were a guest or the owner of a house with a bonus balcony that’s what I’d enjoy 😊
Those sliding doors!😍 For the balcony it would be so cool to fill the edges with layered big and little potted plants! Maybe some small trees for the big ones. It could be like a suspended garden with some chairs.

Very beautiful house definitely has a minimalistic/zen vibe to it. Personally I like the color palette downstairs but the wallpaper in the master bedroom doesn’t match.
Those balconies are gorgeous! I would fill them with lots of plants for shade and privacy and with hummingbird feeders so you can see birds from your window : )
So beautiful! Congrats! In the guest room I would have a small coffee station on a cute table by the balcony door. And on the balcony I would put some potted tropical plants and a bistro table and chairs for your guests to have a morning cup of coffee out there before coming down stairs. 😍❤️

Mari, I’m obsessed with your content but your videographers need some feedback. I’m so dizzy from the first 4 minutes of this, not a single shot where you’re talking to the camera is still! Your TH-cam’s are my fav and I think I need to watch this in segments bc of the constant movement, with all the transitions in the garage I could not understand what the vision could be. Again I love you - I just realllllllyyyyyyy hope your next video can be a little more vlog style and still enough to take in what you’re showing :’)

You should put a fire pit/solo stove on one of the balconies. Also a big cozy outdoor chaise/chair/day bed thing for reading and meditating!
