I think it is a fair deal. Cheaper than buying those Big Muffs in that condition off of Reverb; plus you get some extra pedals to mess around with. I just picked up a 90s green Russian Big Muff, and maybe it is just luck of the draw, but I like a lot more than the EHX reissue and other clones I've played. There is something special about those old Russian transistors and drifting component values.

Exactly that’s what I thought as well. I wanted it for $900 but I got it for 1050 it’s not that big of, Increase of what I was willing to pay. So I wasn’t about to walk away just because I had to pay extra $150.
I completely agree with the reissue clones there’s some nice stuff out there that you don’t have to spend a lot of money for. I got a nice klon clone back in the day. It’s really nice and I still have it. So I know in fact, you don’t need to spend a lot of money.
I put off getting the green big muff for the longest time. Thinking that it was the same big muff. But little did I know how amazing this would actually sound to me. I’m really excited to make the next video. It’s gonna be a banger so be on the lookout for that. It’s weird how I get more comments than likes on these newer videos these days.
Plus, I get a bunch of extra pedals to just check out. Do whatever I want with them. Some of them are definitely be modifying. I’m gonna have some fun modifying some of them. Messing around with them. Anyway I really hope you have a wonderful week. See you in the next one. 🤘👊🙏

Personally I think 1050 is too much but you did get some cool pedals and a load of content in repairing them all. So I guess for what you do…not a bad deal. And you’re right, the green one sounds badass. And finally, as I always do, LOL petco. I’m writing an album currently and one of the song titles on it is “Diamond Hands.” lol I say diamond hands in real life to people with zero context at least once a day. Love ya, brother.

I get you 1050 is a lot of money to pay for some pedals. But my future video coming up needed some of these pedals. So I made the sacrifice. This week spent a lot of money. On these pedal. But trust me it’ll be worth it later on down the road. And I have definitely more content for the rest of the month. I appreciate that you like that. I talk about Petco stock with diamond hands.
Realistically, that’s the way we gotta be nowadays. I gotta say what I mean. Do I say?
That’s so awesome that you’re making album. When it comes out, I would love a copy. Just let me know how to purchase it.
This comment means a lot to me. I love you man too, We’ve never met, but you’re one of my bro. I would love to meet you one day.

It’s a single channel mic preamp for recording. It needs a 12ax7 tube.

OK, thank you so much. I’ll definitely get that as soon as possible and see if the thing works at all.

I used to have the Sovtek Big Muff but I sold it for like $80 in the early aughts. I was a dumb kid.

Oh my God, I know how that feels. I had so many guitar gear things that I’ve sold thinking that a newer one would be better. I’ve regretted every single one of those decisions.
This is gonna sound stupid, but I had a squire telecaster that was my first guitar. It was maroon color. I sold it for $100. This was in 2005. I wish I had the guitar.
And I sold my first Stratocaster to get American made one. What I’m saying to you right now. It’s Not always about the shiny thing. Enjoy what you have.

the tube screamer and maybe the harmonizer are the only really usable ones. over a $1000? what, why? that amp can do more than all those pedals.

I think there was about three pedals that were unusable. I definitely get them working. The amp I think the amp was cheaper than the pedals that I paid for. I got it for 900 hundred. But I definitely need to change the tubes in the amp. I was looking at them. There’s so many different prices. So I really don’t want to spend like 150-200 dollars on tubes right now. But I’ll get them eventually.

I think you overpaid. If the big muff is an op amp muff then it might be an ok deal. If ehx hadn’t put out a reissue of both the Russian and op amp then you’d have a huge score. So you’re probably going to have to wait for a collector. Just my opinion.
Also I’m guessing that tones pedal is for switching presets. My reason being that there’s only one input. I have an old pigtronix echolution dlx that has an extra pedal switch for freezing and going through the preset list.

Both of these big muffs are vintage big muff. I’ve never seen a re-issue green big muff in that enclosure. Yeah, the tone switch one. I’m definitely going to modify that. To affect the tone.
Well, either way. The two big muffs I’m not planning on selling. But the other. Seven guitar pedals I might get rid of some of them.
The green big muff sells from 400-600 dollars and the 1980 big muff sell from 600-800
So if I were to sell the rest of the petals for $60 apiece this would be a good deal. The value of the Pedel price for fair condition. I can get close to 1820. For all these petals so that would be a $720 profit. I don’t see how that would be a bad deal. But I’ll definitely get more by fixing every single pedal And showcasing them on the channel. Which I do plan on doing. I also appreciate your input.
Thank you so much for your comment today. I hope you have a wonderful week. 🤘🤘🙏
